Dear Support, I am reaching out regarding my Instagram account, which has been hacked. The hacker changed the email associated with the account, making it impossible for me to recover it through standard means. The hacker linked my email to a different account, connected somehow to the account "qqqq.qq1936." I am anxious about this situation and need assistance in reclaiming my account, "valerija_dainis," which is now linked to the email "u******[redacted]" I am willing to provide any necessary proof of identity, such as passport photos or selfies holding a code next to my face. I have attached photos of myself with the account link and photos of the hacker requesting money. The hacker's bank account details are also included, but I am not willing to comply with their demands. I await your response. Please communicate with me through my husband's email. Dear Instagram Support, Today, I discovered that my Instagram account (Lenn.lvbk) has been deactivated due to suspicious activities. I'm unable to access the email linked to the account to receive the verification code. I'm unsure what steps I can take now. Hello, I am encountering an issue where I can log into our account, but the system claims it is sending a verification code to an email that should be [redacted] I suspect I may have accidentally mistyped [redacted] or there might be an issue with your code verification servers since we are not receiving any emails. I briefly considered if another retired email address, [redacted], was receiving the emails, but after recreating it, I found that was not the case. This problem has persisted for a considerable period of time and despite my previous attempts to seek support, I have not received a response. Access is crucial for us to merge our Facebook page and ads, as well as to manage the account from our mobile devices. Without resolving the email verification issue, we are unable to proceed effectively. If it helps, I can provide my cellphone for verification at [redacted]. While I successfully connected the Facebook Business page to Instagram with the correct password, I am unable to log in on any device for posting or account management. I received an email stating Instagram respects copyrights. I posted a rapper's music on my story, and it was blocked in four countries as I didn't own the music. Following a warning email that my account would be disabled in 24 hours, I clicked a link. Shortly after, I was logged out, and someone from another country hacked my account, deleting pictures and changing information. Despite Instagram sending password reset links, an error occurred, and the code provided didn't help. I have evidence my account was stolen, have remaining tagged photos, messages, and content. I've had this account for months and had 10.8K followers. I'm an artist and need access to my account. The hacker is now trying to sell the account back to me.

On 24.05.[redacted], my Instagram account sukhovii_l was hacked (phone number and email changed), making it impossible for me to recover the account. Messages were sent from the hacked account asking for money, leading to fraudulent activities. Friends who notified me attempted to block the account, but I am uncertain about its current status. 1. After resetting my password, I proceeded to log in using my username and new password. However, when attempting to access my account, I encountered the following message: 2. My account has been locked for security reasons. In an effort to unlock it, I clicked on the option to verify my identity and proceeded with the next steps. 3. The system prompted me to confirm my identity either through email or mobile number. Since my mobile number had been compromised, I opted to verify via email and clicked on "Send Security Code." 4. I was then required to enter the security code sent to my email. Despite checking both my inbox and spam folder, I did not receive the code as expected. The process seemed to halt here. Hello there 😄 Let me explain my situation. I initially had a fake account on Instagram, and later added a real account using the multiple accounts feature. However, only the fake account had access to full features. Even after deleting the fake account, I still can't access all the features on Instagram with my real account. Specifically, I am unable to update the messaging system, which is essential to me. I've tried various solutions like reinstalling the app, logging in and out, and using temporary codes, but nothing seems to work. I suspect there might be an issue with my account rather than the app itself. I've seen similar queries on Quora, and despite reporting the problem extensively with screenshots, I haven't received any response from Instagram Help. As a beta tester, I've tried that route as well. I'm reaching out for assistance as I simply want to chat with my friends. Could you please help me out? Hello, I am reaching out to you as I have been facing an issue on Instagram for over 3 days now. Around two months ago, I activated two-factor authentication on my Instagram account for security purposes. However, I lost all my photos on Wednesday, including the authentication code for Instagram. Consequently, I am unable to log in to DUO mobile as I do not have access to my photos, which means I cannot retrieve my codes. This situation is problematic as Instagram is essential for my work, and I was supposed to post sponsored content, which I could not do due to this issue. My Instagram account is: Ambredidi. I currently manage multiple Instagram accounts, but I recently wanted to create an additional one. Understanding there is a limit to the number of accounts allowed, I attempted to sign out of one account I no longer use. However, aware that I needed to delete the app to ensure the account was forgotten, I changed the passwords for all my accounts, approximately four in total. This triggered a security lock on my account due to the unusual activity. Instagram offers options to recover accounts via phone or email. Regrettably, I cannot access the email linked to the account but can receive the security code through my phone number. Despite several attempts, I have not received the security code and encounter an error when trying again. I have been unable to log back in for a few days now and need assistance. My primary account is Scook.ie_.

I was signed into multiple Instagram accounts on my phone, but I needed to add another one. I realized that I needed to log out of one to do so. I changed the passwords on all the accounts that I rarely use to make sure I could log back in after re-installing the app, but this caused the system to see it as suspicious activity. Now, when I try to recover my account using my current phone number, I don't receive the security code via text. Additionally, I no longer have access to the email linked to the account. Every time I try to request another code, it keeps saying there is a problem and to try again later. I've been attempting to recover my account for a few days but have been unsuccessful. I'm unsure of what steps to take next. The account I believe is locked is scook.ie_.

On 5/27/21, my Instagram account was hacked, and I couldn't log in. When I contacted Instagram support for a password reset link, they replied in Turkish. I've contacted them multiple times from my Yahoo account (the one I used to sign up for Facebook and Instagram), stating my account is in the U.S., but I keep getting responses in Turkish. Even when I tried with my Gmail account, the replies were still in Turkish. It seems the hacker moved my account to Turkey, but my settings show my location as the United States. The hacker also falsely claimed copyright infringement on my profile. I'm struggling to contact Instagram/Facebook to resolve this issue and haven't had any success.

Hello. The constant block-unblock cycle of my account (@coupl.vs) has become quite a marathon. I believe I am being harassed and targeted by competitors who unjustly report my content without any valid reasons, leading to my repeated blocks. It is disheartening since I have always abided by the community guidelines regarding content posting. Hello, I go by Jack Harris or @jackk on Instagram. Recently, when attempting to log in, I received a notification stating that my account was disabled for impersonation. This is clearly a mistake. I encountered an issue on Instagram while unfollowing inactive accounts, leading to being locked out due to suspicion of being a bot. Hello, I am currently managing the Alupa_Clarke account. The issue we are facing is that while attempting to log in to our Instagram account to upload photos, we were prompted to change our password through a provided link, which we did. Unfortunately, after changing the password, a new account was created, resulting in us losing access to our official account. We now have an unwanted new account (carkealupa) that we can access, and the original account that we are interested in regaining access to. Hello, Since this morning, I have been unable to access my Instagram account on my phone. It says I am no longer the admin or need permission from an admin to send a direct message. It seems like my account has been hacked, but I can't even delete my account on either my PC or smartphone. Almost nothing works on my smartphone – when I launch the app, it closes itself.
