I can't access my Instagram account because it got disabled after I removed some followers and following accounts. I used to log in using my Facebook or phone number, but I don't remember the email address associated with the account anymore. I have been attempting to access my account for the past four days with no success. Despite following the instructions provided in the emails, I have not been able to log in. I have also requested assistance to log in via phone call multiple times without any response or options given. Even when trying to log in using various apps, Instagram does not accept my two-factor authentication codes. This situation is frustrating and unacceptable. While I can still access my email and have my phone number linked to the account, I am unable to log in to Instagram. Resetting the password only leads to more requests for confirmation of ownership, which I am unable to provide beyond what is already linked to the account. I am at a loss for what to do next as I continue to face this issue. The lack of support in resolving this matter is deeply disappointing. I am hoping for a resolution or the opportunity to log in via a call for assistance.

I am disappointed as I have emailed numerous times regarding this issue without receiving any updates. I have explained my reasons for needing this account reactivated. The older posts are to blame for the deactivation, which were made before Instagram updated its rules. I have numerous memories stored on this account, and it saddens me to have lost access to them due to past posts made months or even years ago. I use this account to stay connected with my favorite people and friends. Please consider reactivating my account as I have not violated any rules since the updates. It has been nearly a week since my initial contact, and I would appreciate a response soon. The profile picture was temporary for November, and I am distressed about losing access to this account.

I have been blocked from Instagram for a week without doing anything wrong. They accused me of using a third-party app for gaining followers or likes, which is not true since my likes and followers are low. My other account with 2k followers got blocked as well. Even when I made a new account, it got flagged as unauthentic immediately. I simply want to use Instagram the way it's meant to be. Please assist me in getting unblocked; I just want to use the platform normally.

Teownaustin.ig and I had a misunderstanding and ended up blocking each other on social media, including Instagram. Now that we have resolved our issues and want to reconnect, we are facing difficulty unblocking each other. When I try to unblock Teownaustin.ig from my blocked list, I'm unable to access the account, and the same happens for him. Hello, I wanted to inform you that my account has been hacked, and it seems like my Instagram username and password have been changed. I am currently still logged in on my phone as I haven't logged out, but I've been unsuccessful in accessing my account on my laptop. When I tried to reset my password using my email and phone number, I was notified that no messages could be sent to me.

I recently got a notification stating my account was accessed from Malaysia, which wasn't me as I reside in Minnesota. I reset my password, but when I attempt to log in, Instagram requests verification through a number. After waiting 6 hours for the code, it didn't work when entered. I repeated the process multiple times. I'm curious if there are any ongoing issues with Instagram's verification system.

My Instagram account (@xryefovvs), which was a fan account for a band, was deleted yesterday because I apparently pretended to be someone else. I have tried to contact Instagram by sending three emails and using their support option to explain it was a mistake. I provided them with my details, but they haven't sent me the promised email yet. Upon our move to North Carolina, I created an Instagram account for my daughter to stay in touch with her friends and family from VA. Unfortunately, someone gained access to the account and deleted it, leading to the loss of precious photos from her younger years. Allegedly, a girl named Kiersten has accused my daughter of stealing her Snapchat account and changing the password. Subsequently, my daughter experienced further intrusion when Kiersten supposedly accessed her Instagram and messaged others using her password. I had to intervene by changing her password. The situation escalated when Kiersten claimed on Thanksgiving that my daughter had again taken over her Instagram account. To my dismay, when attempting to log in, we discovered that my daughter's Instagram had been deleted at her own request. Is there a way to recover her account in this troubling situation?

I deactivated my account temporarily and now I'm trying to reactivate it. However, when I try to reset the password, I am getting an error message in red saying, "Sorry there was a problem. I'm having trouble accessing my Instagram account as I've lost access to the phone number linked to it (due to a broken phone). Unfortunately, I never added an email to my account. When I try to follow the instructions to change my email or phone number, it keeps asking to send a message to my phone (which I can't access), send a message to WhatsApp (I can't log in), or log in with Facebook (I don't have an account). I have two Instagram accounts, but I can't log in to my 'djmissmatch' account on my iPhone. I am trying to connect my business account 'audioangelsagency' with my Facebook Audio Angels page, but it's saying it's being used by the 'djmissmatch' account which I can't access. This is frustrating me.
