We recently established our business Instagram account to share our company updates. However, shortly after its creation last Wednesday, we encountered difficulties accessing it from both our mobile phone and PC. My Instagram account sretepdr was hacked. I did not receive any password change emails. I usually stay logged in, but on 11/29/19 or 11/30/19, I was logged out and saw a different username roadr50. I mistakenly requested a password change for that account. I panicked and deleted the IG email from my [redacted] account. I am unable to access sretepdr, even after trying to reset my password 2-3 times. I have a picture of my original account. Please help me recover it.

My Instagram account has been hacked, and I need help to recover it. The account is under the username sretepdr, and I last accessed it on 11/29/19 or 11/30/19. On 12/1/19, when I tried to log in through my Samsung tablet app, I was logged out and couldn't regain access, as the user ID had changed to roadr50. After realizing this mistake, I removed my [redacted] email from the roadr50 account. Despite trying to reset my password for sretepdr multiple times, no emails were received from Instagram. I also filled out a form requesting communication to be sent to my [redacted] account but haven't received any updates. Hello Team, I believe I have found the correct contact email to address my query. We agreed to run promotions through our Instagram account, "Walmarkasafaris," totaling $31. However, on November 30, [redacted], our Visa card was charged $50 with the descriptor "FACEBOOK RM6PYWVT2" on Visa card ending in [redacted].

On the 1st of December, someone impersonated me on Instagram, leading to my account being reported for impersonation and subsequently disabled by Instagram. Despite not violating any of Instagram's policies, my account was still deactivated due to false reporting. I am seeking assistance to recover my disabled Instagram account.
