I am unaware of why my account, with the username ll_s.a.s_trends_ll, has been disabled. I haven't violated any community guidelines or misused Instagram. Recently, someone messaged me on WhatsApp asking about recovering an account reported on Instagram, but I didn't provide detailed help suspecting misuse. Today, I couldn't log in, and I'm saddened as I have numerous followers and friends on that account. Please restore my account as I value it greatly. 1) I encountered a repeated message on Instagram asking to verify my account ownership when logging in.
2) Despite changing my password four times, I am unable to access my account.
3) I discovered through my email that my linked phone number was altered, and there was unauthorized access from a location unfamiliar to me.
4) I reached out to Instagram regarding a possible hack, only to receive a password reset link, which did not resolve the issue as I continue to face the verification message upon login attempts.
5) My email remains associated with my account, and I have reset my password multiple times to demonstrate ownership. Preserving my account is crucial, and I need assistance to regain access.

I have attempted to appeal the false claim on the Instagram Help Center, but every time I try to send it, an error occurs indicating that "The account I’m trying to appeal doesn’t exist."
The account in question is @RyanTylerHayes, and I believe the claim that I violated the terms and services is inaccurate for the following reason:
Instagram sent me around 4 or 5 "suspicious log-in attempts" from various locations in the USA, and one attempt from Europe shortly after I resumed posting on my profile last Sunday following a hiatus since December. Despite changing my password after each notification, the attempts continued. In one instance from New York City, I mistakenly marked it as "This Was Me" instead of "This Wasn't Me."
I am concerned that this error allowed someone to compromise my account and post unauthorized content. I am unsure if you have the ability to review the login attempts, but there have been numerous such occurrences.
Please advise if you can assist. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am frustrated with the lack of customer service from Facebook and Instagram. My Instagram account ("cecioo") has been disabled, possibly due to my email address being hacked in the past. I am struggling to reactivate it as there is no useful guidance available beyond the same unhelpful web page.
I need assistance in proving my identity and regaining access to my account. It seems impossible to reach a real person for support. I believe they need to verify that it's truly me trying to access the account and not a hacker.
I am seeking help to unlock my account as I am unable to find any other ways to contact Facebook/Instagram.

I encountered issues trying to register a new account with IG for my recently acquired domain. Despite various attempts and email variations, I consistently received an error message. Surprisingly, upon attempting to login, I was told that the account had been suspended for violating terms. My intention is simply to have a functional account for the new domain YourWinterParkFL.com, with preference for usernames like yourwinterparkfl, yourwpfl, or yourwinterpar_fl. Hello, my name is Emily Ward, and I use the handle emmily.waard on Instagram. I am currently facing significant harassment and bullying on the platform. Despite my multiple reports, Instagram claims that the two posts do not violate their guidelines, although I strongly believe they do. I never authorized these pages (Oldrowusm and barstoolsouthernmiss) to share my images without my consent. There has been a data protection breach on the hashtag "My Happy Future" where my separated wife, Heather Pantin, is sharing untrue things about me. This violates our privacy as I have not been charged with anything, and ongoing issues between us are being publicly misrepresented. It is causing me significant distress, especially as our children are also involved. I have encountered a lot of inactive followers on Instagram who only follow me in hopes of getting a follow back without engaging with my content. This can be frustrating as I prefer to interact with genuine followers. To identify these inactive accounts and unfollow those who don't follow back, I researched and downloaded a third-party app that offers features to track follower activity. The app I used had options to show me my followers and identify those who were not engaging with my posts. However, I recently received a temporary ban from Instagram for violating their guidelines by sharing my account information with a third-party app. It seems unfair as I believe I should be able to manage my account as I see fit. I solely used the app to view my followers and did not participate in any actions to gain likes or followers. I hope to resolve this issue swiftly as I have important content to share on my account.

Instagram unexpectedly signed me out of my account, and I am now having trouble logging in through the app on my phone. When I attempt to log in, I receive an error message stating, "sorry, there was a problem with your request." This issue persists even when I try logging in via Facebook, email, or phone number. Despite reaching out to Instagram multiple times, I have not received assistance. Additionally, the help page does not allow me to submit a form because my account is not technically deactivated. I can log in to other people's accounts on my phone, just not my own. I have explored Instagram's web page thoroughly without finding a solution.

On October 21st, I shared a stapled arm special effects makeup look for my 31 days of Halloween makeup series. Unfortunately, Instagram removed my post around 12 hours later citing "promoting self harm and suicide," despite it being clearly labeled as fake and SFX makeup. I have appealed the removal but haven't received a response. It seems some promotional features on my account have been disabled, as my posts no longer appear in the discover page or under hashtags. This is discouraging me from sharing my makeup work, which is mostly beauty-related outside of Halloween. The impact on my business is substantial. Instagram's lack of support for small accounts and business owners is disheartening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have lost access to the email linked to my account. The email was deactivated by Yahoo, making it impossible for me to reset my password. After changing phones, I realized I couldn't recall my password and now seek to regain access to my account. I can be reached at my alternate email [redacted] associated with the username mlc0122 on Instagram. I no longer have access to [redacted], hence, cannot receive password reset instructions. I updated the email address and phone number on my Instagram account. I've had this account for 2 years, and I just realized it was displaying an old number and an email address I no longer use. I only used that email address once to sign up for Instagram two years ago. I have tried Gmail's email recovery steps but couldn't reset the password as I forgot the password and the month of account creation. After changing the number and email, Instagram emailed me to confirm the changes I made. However, when I tried logging in, it requested verification. The verification code was sent to my old email address, which I can't access. I've reached out to Instagram support 5 times, but they haven't been of much help, despite me providing proof such as email screenshots showing the changes made to my account.

I believe my Instagram account may be under attempted hacking. In August, I received an error message stating my account was temporarily blocked for suspicious activity related to gaining followers and likes. Despite changing my password around August 25th, I still encountered issues accessing my account until the following week. Upon regaining access, I would engage with posts only to have my account blocked again, which persisted with multiple reports to Instagram support yielding no response. By early September, I could briefly interact on the platform before facing another block. During the third week of September, my account finally resumed normal activity, allowing me to interact freely. Unfortunately, I experienced the same block last night. I am uncertain if the issue is related to using both an iPad and iPhone, as I do not believe my emails or passwords overlap between devices.
