My new account got blocked after I loaded two photos -- one of fireworks and the other of a cattle drive. While my wife was helping me through messenger, the account shut down as I responded to her. They requested a photo for verification, and even though I'm unsure why since you don't know what I look like, I complied. Now, I'm told my identity is being verified. I attempted to send a photo of my Texas driver's license but was informed that my account isn't "disabled." I believe if I can't use the account, it's essentially disabled. I just wanted to explore Facebook but seem to be encountering an issue. If you could kindly identify the problem, I'd gladly work to rectify it. Thank you, AW Robison.

Good morning, I wanted to address the notifications I've been receiving that led to a 3-day posting block. On April 18, [redacted], I posted photos and a video of my daughter enjoying herself in the bath. Shortly after, I received a message saying my post violated community standards. I promptly deleted the post, realizing she was undressed. Although I removed the content, notifications kept coming until June 1, when I received another warning referencing the April 18 post. Despite not reposting it, the issue persists, and I worry about further consequences. With a decade-old account, I hope for a resolution to this. Thank you for your help. Best, Hazel C.

I forgot my password and after resetting it, I encountered an issue with the verification process. I couldn't contact three people on my list, so I chose to verify using my ID and submitted a photo as requested. However, none of my email addresses are being accepted as security emails. Despite trying all three, I keep receiving an error message stating, "the following information is required: valid contact email address." I'm at a standstill and unable to proceed.

My account was mistakenly disabled by Facebook for allegedly pretending to be someone else, when in fact, it is others pretending to be me using fake accounts to spread harmful content. Despite reporting these fake accounts along with my friends, my genuine account has been disabled instead. I have submitted all necessary identity verification documents, but it has been 7 days now with no response from Facebook for the last 3 days. My account is essential as it is 6 to 7 years old, filled with valuable photos and posts crucial for my photography business and client interactions. I also use it for volunteer work supporting children, students, and women empowerment. The loss of my account is impacting my work greatly. Please assist me in recovering my account: ID: www.facebook.com/TheRealRafi Name: Sirajul Alam Rafi Login email: [redacted]

My uncle is dealing with a hacked Facebook account. The hacker changed the email and password, locking my uncle out. Unfortunately, my uncle no longer has access to the inactive email or remembers the associated phone number. The hacker still has control of the account, removing friends and adding suspicious accounts with provocative profile pictures. The situation is distressing as the hacker even replaced my uncle's profile picture with an inappropriate image. I reached out to Facebook for help, but they claim to have resolved the issue without providing a link to reset the password or update the email. Despite offering detailed information about the problem and even sending my uncle's passport photo to prove ownership, Facebook has not resolved the situation.

I want to report an incident involving a post by Daniel Lee who made negative comments about my husband and our new business on the Haffox Tales page. Despite only having a brief negative interaction with us, he proceeded to publicly criticize our business. The admins failed to address this promptly, allowing the post to remain for 12 hours before requesting the removal of the tag. I feel that the handling of the situation was unjust as our business page was eventually removed. I am disappointed with the way this was managed and hope for a resolution.

I experienced an issue with Facebook on April 30, [redacted]. Since then, I had trouble recovering my account and ended up creating two more accounts under the same name and phone number. I only intended to have one account, and now I am unable to access any of them. It's concerning for me to have my information scattered across multiple accounts. How can I resolve this situation? My email is [redacted] and my phone number is 1[redacted]. All the accounts belong to me and have not been compromised. I appreciate any assistance, thank you.

A few years ago, back in high school, I had a Facebook account that I no longer have access to. I forgot the login information, including my email and password. I have tried multiple times to remember, but no luck. I'm concerned because the account holds old photos that I wouldn't want my new boyfriend to see. I have no way of accessing my old email and need help removing the account from Facebook permanently. Your assistance in deleting it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My Facebook account was disabled due to an incident in a group I was an admin of. Another admin's partner changed the group's name to something inappropriate while I was asleep. I use one account for game trading and another for my family and friends. When I tried to log in, it requested ID which I don't have due to moving states. I made a new account without success, getting locked out after just 24 hours. I submitted alternative documents, such as my birth certificate and school records, but I'm struggling without an ID. I have sentimental connections on the account and want to retrieve it. Without my social security card, replacing my ID has been challenging. Any guidance to resolve this would be appreciated.

I am Semiu Kareem. I had two Facebook accounts, one under [redacted] and the other under [redacted] I closed the second account but I am still getting notifications. When I try to reopen it, I am asked to change my password and upload identification. I have uploaded my driver's licence or national ID twice but have not been contacted by Facebook. It has been about a year since I first tried this. I need help accessing the account to ensure it is secure and to continue using it. Thank you. Semiu Kareem.

I recently noticed that my Facebook account has been changed without my knowledge. When I log in, it now shows a different account named "...., .....," which seems to have happened after I updated my Apple device. My true account, under the name "................," that I have had since ......, is inaccessible. Additionally, the new account "..............." does not include most of my friends or information. I would like assistance in regaining access to and managing my original "........................." account, while also deleting the unfamiliar account named ".............".

Yesterday, my Facebook account got disabled for improper use, which was a shock to me. I suspect a coworker misused my account since I usually keep it professional. I've had the account since March [redacted], and this is the first time it's been disabled. Facebook has been a significant part of my life for eight years, helping me improve my social skills and stay connected with friends and family worldwide. I value the memories stored in my account, and it plays a vital role in my daily routine. I use it for news, messages, business promotions, and leisure, making it crucial for me. I'm willing to pay any necessary fees to reactivate my account rather than creating a new one and losing all the memories and connections I've made. I hope that the Facebook team can understand my situation and grant me another chance to use my account properly. Thank you for your attention.

Recently, my Facebook account got disabled due to inappropriate usage that was not initiated by me. I suspect a co-worker had unauthorized access to my account. Having used Facebook since March [redacted], this is the first time it has been disabled or blocked. As an avid user, it has played a vital role in enhancing my social abilities and connecting me with a wide network of individuals. The platform has been instrumental in maintaining relationships, sharing essential information, and conducting my small business. The wealth of memories stored on my account holds immense value to me. My friends have noticed the account's absence and inquired about it. I am reaching out to the Facebook team to seek assistance in reactivating my account, as it holds great personal significance. I express my gratitude to Mark Zuckerberg and am willing to make any required payments to regain access. My sincere hope is for Facebook to consider my plea and grant me the opportunity to re-establish my account. We have lost access to our Facebook account "bronte.boardriders" due to being hacked and the password changed. This account is vital for communication within the Bronte boardriders surf club and contains important photos for our community. Although we can reset the account using a linked mobile number, we are not receiving the necessary 6-digit code to proceed. Any advice on steps to recover the account would be greatly appreciated as many cherished memories for our community are at stake. Thank you, Luke (on behalf of Bronte boardriders surf club)

Upon attempting to open my Facebook app, I received a notification indicating that there has been unauthorized access to my account from Singapore, despite residing in Australia. Struggling to change my password, the system indicates that my previous password is incorrect, suggesting it has been altered by the intruder. My account belongs to Peter Kapatos, and I am willing to supply various forms of identification to confirm this. Complicating matters, I am unable to access the email connected to my account, created almost a decade ago, preventing me from receiving a password reset link. Could Facebook send the reset link to the email address I will provide?

My name is Ngozi Chukwuekem, and I am the rightful owner of the account Ngozi-ufondu Chukwuekem, which was disabled by Facebook this morning for allegedly impersonating someone. I have a Facebook group titled "My Husband My Crown," created in August [redacted], with currently 358k members. Over the past few months, someone named Akter has been attempting to impersonate me by creating a similar account and sending friend requests to my family and friends. Despite efforts to report this person successfully in the past, they continued to create new accounts to mimic mine. While at church today, I tried to log into my accounts only to find out that they have been disabled. Upon creating a new account, I discovered that Akter had taken over my group as the admin. It is disheartening and unjust that Facebook would believe a hacker over the actual owner and shut down my accounts.

I have Messenger without Facebook, and the phone number linked to my account is no longer active, making it impossible for me to change my forgotten password. While I'm currently logged into Messenger on my phone, I am unable to modify my number or add an email in the settings. When attempting to access account settings, it requires a Facebook account, which I don't have. I need to change my password before transitioning to a new phone and using Messenger on a different device. The challenge lies in having Messenger only without access to Facebook's account settings to update my information. Thank you for understanding the dilemma.

On Thursday at 10 am, it appears that my Facebook account has been compromised. Upon reviewing my business/ad manager, I discovered that an unauthorized individual had created a fraudulent ad promoting a coffee machine for $0.01 with a budget of $[redacted]/day. A payment of $[redacted] was made through my PayPal account before I was able to intervene and prevent further charges. I have ceased the unauthorized campaigns, disconnected my PayPal from my Facebook account, and restricted the budget to $20. As a precaution, I have changed the passwords for both my Facebook and Google accounts to mitigate any further unauthorized access. It seems that the perpetrator has not regained access since I made these changes. I am seeking assistance in retrieving the funds that were wrongly spent on the fraudulent ad, as my usual ad budget for my clothing brand (Pler) is significantly lower than the fraudulent amount. Any guidance on how to recover the funds would be greatly appreciated.

My Facebook account was hacked. Subsequently, I created a new account using my phone number and password. Upon realizing the hack, I deleted the new account. Facebook prompted me to add my phone number to my original account, but when I tried, it said it was already in use. I am now receiving text messages instructing me to verify my credentials by June 1st. Additionally, I received a message from [redacted] about my photos. I have reached out to Facebook but have not received any help. I seek assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your help.

Hello, my account seems to be disabled or possibly hacked. I received a report indicating I couldn't post or send messages until June 17. However, after a few days, I was logged out and am unable to log back in. This account was also an admin of my Facebook page shared with my family members and another account. Suddenly, we were removed as admins, losing access to the page's messages. I received an email stating the page is slated for deletion by the compromised account, emphasizing the need to restore it promptly. I've used this account for nearly 6 years and would appreciate assistance in recovering it. I am willing to provide my identification cards for verification purposes.
