I previously posted inappropriate comments regarding pork and Muslims which were rightfully taken down. In a moment of anger towards the Muslim community after the loss of my cousin, who passed away overseas, I made hurtful remarks without thinking. I now realize I should not generalize or blame an entire group for the actions of a few. I deeply regret my words and sincerely apologize for my behavior.
I was informed that I am suspended from Facebook for 3 days. I am genuinely remorseful and hoping this is the extent of the consequences. This is my first suspension, and I am asking for a second chance. My name is Benjamin Moreland, and my email is [redacted]
Thank you.

My fiancée's Facebook account was hacked some time ago, despite multiple reports, Facebook hasn't taken any action. The account's name and birth dates were changed to an Arabic name, and even with these obvious signs, Facebook has not addressed the issue.
When attempting to create a new account with a different email, Facebook blocked the new legitimate account instead of the hacked one. On a third attempt to create an account, including a business page, the same issue occurred.
I am shocked at how poorly this situation has been handled. The hackers also compromised her old email, making it impossible to reset the password. This security risk is preventing her from using Facebook for her business, highlighting a lack of customer focus and security best practices.
Regards,
Keegan

I have recently tried to log in to my Facebook account after a period of inactivity. However, I encountered difficulty with the security check feature, as it asked me to identify random pictures posted by my friends, some of which included infants. As a nearly 60-year-old individual, I do not recognize these images as they mostly consist of my friends' grandchildren. I feel frustrated as I cannot access my account despite knowing my own photos and information. If possible, I would appreciate the option to verify my identity through other means such as providing personal pictures or contacting specific friends like Kirsten Skrinde or Matt Koke. Additionally, I was previously unaware of the service called "GetHuman" and now understand its connection to Facebook.

I am facing a concerning issue regarding my old Facebook account. It unexpectedly became active after being deactivated for nearly three years and is now adding people. Strangely, it is linked to my current phone number, which I have only had for a year. My old account was previously associated with a different number and email address that I haven't used in years. I suspect it has been hacked as it contains a significant amount of personal information. Even more troubling, it seems to be merged with my boyfriend's account under a different name. This raises serious safety concerns for me and my children. I urgently need help to access and secure the account while preserving our photos. Please assist as soon as possible. Thank you.

There is a concerning matter involving a profile belonging to Patrick Marble. He participates in multiple groups and engages in online bullying and harassment, particularly targeting women. Patrick uses fake pictures to represent himself and has even created a hate group to attack his sister for appearing on a reality show. He resorts to spreading false information and intimidation tactics against anyone who tries to expose his deceit. This includes making personal threats to various individuals and disclosing women's private details, such as their workplace and address, in online forums. Furthermore, he has posted a video in another group challenging and threatening someone else. Patrick's Facebook group, Toxic Reality, serves as a platform for him to disseminate misinformation and defamatory content about people, which unfortunately some members believe. Despite multiple reports and complaints, no action has been taken. It's crucial to address this issue promptly by taking appropriate measures against Patrick Marble. Here are the links to his direct profile and group page for reference.

Hello, my name is Michael Marshall. I used to be an admin on a page that supported online gaming victims of bullying. Recently, a fellow admin had an altercation with her boyfriend. He gained access to her account, made himself an admin, and changed the group name to something related to ISIS. I woke up to find my Facebook account for the page I manage, which deals with online bullying, and my personal Facebook, which holds memories of late relatives I can no longer see, locked. Facebook requested ID verification, but I lost my photo ID and social security card last December. I submitted my birth certificate, proof of address, and a bank card, as per the accepted IDs in Ohio. Unfortunately, my account remains locked, and the person who caused the issue is active on Facebook again. This is the fourth account I've created in an attempt to reach out for help, but each time, Facebook disables it. I am at a loss for what to do. I have not violated any policies but keep facing these issues. I seek assistance as I do not want to lose access to my page and the memories of loved ones. Please help me resolve this matter.

I inadvertently got logged out of Facebook on my phone this morning and when I tried to log back in, I ended up on a fake profile created for my daughter. This has been an ongoing issue for both of us since the unfortunate passing of my 6-year-old grandson three years ago on Easter Sunday. Multiple fake accounts have been made, some by me and others by an unknown individual. I am aware of who is behind this and my daughter's fake profile has also been misused to post inappropriate content. Eight months back, my daughter entrusted her children to their father as she needed to serve time in jail and seek treatment. Since then, he and his girlfriend, along with her friend, have been causing trouble for my family, including issuing threats and defamation. We have reported this to the authorities, who have stated they are unable to take action until an actual incident occurs. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my Facebook account and to have all unauthorized accounts deleted, including my daughter's, who is currently incarcerated.

I bought an Apple iPhone XS Max 512GB from a Manchester seller on 31/05/19. They delivered it as I couldn't pick it up until 02/06/19. The phone was listed as new and unopened. After encountering registration issues, I called Apple on 02/06/19, and they confirmed it is a counterfeit. I paid £[redacted].00 for it. I feel deceived as I relied on your marketplace. I hold Facebook marketplace responsible for allowing fraudulent sellers. I've reported this to the police and have a crime number.
Thank you,
Mr. David M.

I created a Facebook account years ago with the email [redacted], but I haven't used it in a long time. Recently, someone has been trying to access my other accounts using the same email and password, resulting in issues with my Home Depot and Spotify accounts. On April 1st, they made a large order on my Home Depot account, messed with my Spotify playlists, and signed me up for various newsletters.
I have received notifications from Offerup about suspicious activity linking to my Facebook account that I don't recall connecting. I can't access my Facebook account due to a compromised password. After attempting a reset, I am asked to verify my identity through methods that are not feasible for me.
I want to check the activity on my Facebook account and then delete it to prevent further issues. Although my personal information hasn't been misused for profit, the individual logged into my Home Depot account, revealing sensitive details like my address and my family members'. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

My Facebook name is Prince Olumide Oniye. Today, when I tried to log in, I couldn't access my account. I used my Yahoo email olumideoniye@yahoo. com to recover it, but I couldn't because I no longer have the mobile number associated. My phone number on Facebook is [redacted]5. I need to regain access to my account to stop this. I have tried to reset my password, but my old mobile number is no longer active and I cannot access the associated email. This is causing me a lot of trouble and I need assistance to rectify this issue. One of the fake messages sent from my account is detailed below:
FAST CASH INVESTMENT NIG. LTD
This platform claims to double your investment within 2 hours, but it is a scam. Please do not engage with them. If you require more information on how to register, you can reach out to the admin at [redacted]8. However, please avoid this fraudulent scheme. I have friends like Mary Oniye, Kelly Oniye, Billy Oniye, and Queen Ester Wisdom on Facebook who can vouch for me.

I used to have a government phone number linked to my Facebook account, but I no longer have access to that number. Facebook keeps sending verification codes to the old phone number, which I can't retrieve. I contacted the current owner of the number, who sent me multiple codes. After using one to reset my password, I unintentionally accessed their Facebook account. I then helped them regain access and advised them to change their password for security. Now, whenever I try to recover my account with the old phone number, it keeps leading me to the other person's account. Even after selecting "this is not my account," I can't seem to make progress. Facebook is not letting me bypass the email and phone number fields I no longer have access to, to answer my security question. How can I make Facebook prompt me for my security question instead?

I recently wrote a response to a post that was removed due to not following guidelines. However, I am upset because another user, who is Caucasian, made offensive remarks about Asian countries and claimed there are no innocent people in our region. This was not taken down despite their use of inappropriate language. My reply was in direct response to this individual. I criticized the actions of the U.S. in our countries, comparing it to the holocaust. It is disappointing to see this double standard where my post was removed, yet the original offensive post was allowed to remain. I urge Facebook to address such inconsistencies and not just delete responses without considering the context.

I commented on a post about a transgender individual transitioning from female to male where a father teaches them how to shave. Someone found my comment offensive. I used "It" to refer to the person since I am unsure of the appropriate terminology for transgender individuals. I stated that this person likely had experience shaving their legs while female, and I don't understand why this was viewed as hateful. Facebook critiquing me over this is frustrating, as many others may also struggle with the right terms to use for someone in this situation. There was no ill intent in my comment; it was merely an observation that most women shave their legs and that this individual likely knows how to use a razor.

My marketplace listings were held for review. I requested clarification on why they violate the listing policies, as I couldn't identify the issue after reviewing the policy. Despite trying to edit them, they remain under review. I submitted an appeal for marketplace to specify the violation as stated in the policy. They later explained that using brand names in listings is not allowed. I am now willing to remove the product names, but as my access is restricted, I can't reach out to marketplace for further guidance on restoring my access. How should I proceed to regain access to the marketplace?

I recently received a notification about an unfamiliar login to my Facebook account, which led me to being logged out. Now, when I'm trying to log back in, it keeps stating that my phone number or the email linked to my account doesn't exist in Facebook's records. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email address associated with my account to initiate a password reset. Despite knowing that the phone number I'm using is correct as I've used it before to log in, it seems more like an issue with my username rather than the password. Oddly, Facebook usually has my email pre-filled in the username section as I usually stay logged in through the app, but now it claims that email is not linked to any account. It appears someone who accessed my account may have changed my email and phone number on file. I've submitted my ID for verification to unlock my account but have yet to receive a response.

A few months back, I had trouble accessing my account on Facebook because I forgot my password and made too many unsuccessful login attempts. I went through the identity verification process they requested, but my account remains disabled. Recently, I received a call from someone claiming to be from Facebook security, mentioning a hack and a recovery code sent to my Gmail. Sensing a scam, I disconnected the call. A similar experience happened when a person from the Facebook technical department left me a message regarding account issues, which I suspect is also a scam. Since my attempts to regain access have not been successful, I would like Facebook to either permanently disable my account or completely delete it to avoid further scam attempts.

Hello,
I need assistance with my Facebook account named "Meow o0" featuring a pink sticker and my phone number, [redacted], as the avatar. I initially created this account using my old email address, "[redacted]" Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password for this Yahoo account. Despite multiple attempts to recover it, the verification code is being sent to my old and inactive phone number, "+[redacted]4," used 10 years ago.
Because the phone number is no longer in service, I am unable to receive the code to change my Facebook password, leaving me locked out of my account. Due to the extended use of this account and the inability to log out, I am in a difficult situation, especially now that my phone has stopped working.
I kindly request your help in recovering my Facebook account, which holds great importance to me. I am willing to provide my identification and any recent conversations as proof of ownership.
I eagerly await your response via email.
Thank you,
Minh Thu

None of these combinations worked, leading to frustration and contemplated abandonment of the system.
