Recently, someone named Divita reached out to me claiming I won a prize. They asked for a photo of my ID, and now I cannot access my account. This happened in our last chat. In hindsight, I should have been more cautious. I changed my number when I got a new phone; it is now [redacted]. On Facebook, I go by Felix M. Vega, also known as Felix Shinobi Vega. Unfortunately, I am locked out. The individual's profile suggests they are from Nigeria, although they claim to be from New Rochelle. Any advice on what steps to take next would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am seeking help as my Facebook account has been hacked. I am unable to log in as the password has been changed, and the hacker also altered the associated phone number and email. I have provided my identity verification to prove ownership of the account. Despite my efforts to reset the password, the hacker has changed my account details and removed my posts and friends. When I attempt to upload my photo ID through the provided link, it is rejected. I am desperate to regain access to my account. I have lodged a complaint against the hacker and am hoping for assistance in recovering my account. Thank you.

On August 31, [redacted], my account was disabled. It was mentioned that I have 30 days to address my reasons. After initiating the process to clarify the situation, a message popped up notifying me that my account was blocked on December 14, [redacted]. Thank you for the assistance.

Hello, I've been using Facebook Marketplace for about 2-3 years to sell electronics and furniture without any issues. Recently, I listed my PlayStation 5 during its release, attracting a lot of interest. While I anticipated some low offers, I was surprised when someone threatened to have my account banned over pricing. I blocked them but now regret not taking screenshots. It's been nearly 9 months, and my account is still under review. I am seeking to resolve this as I believe I haven't violated any rules.

I am writing to share my frustration with being unable to access my account. On 22/8/[redacted] around 1 pm, I realized that I had been logged out of my Facebook and Messenger apps while I was asleep. When I tried to log in later through Google Chrome on my laptop, I discovered that my password had been changed around 9-10 am that same day, which couldn't have been me as I was sleeping. Following Facebook's steps, I attempted to recover my account through my Hotmail email address ([redacted]). However, my Hotmail account was locked, requiring extensive information from me to unlock it. This email was only used for setting up my Facebook, and Microsoft deemed the information I provided insufficient to verify my identity. I now have a Facebook account under the name Κωνσταντίνος Κάππας that I cannot access, delete, or deactivate. I also created a second account with my phone number ([redacted]), which was deactivated on 31/8/21 due to a violation of community guidelines that I was unaware of. I seek assistance in resolving these issues and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this problem further via video call with a Facebook support representative. Thank you.

My Facebook account, under the name Janae Choppa Lulbhadk, has been hacked. The hacker changed my email and password. I received threats from the hacker asking me to send $[redacted] to their Cash App at $homelesspaisa and they messaged me from their iCloud email [redacted] I have evidence that I'm the true owner but I can't find the right way to report the account. There's a lot of personal information at risk, and the hacker is still active in the account. They are pressuring me for money, threatening to only return access for $[redacted]. I have saved screenshots of our conversations and proof that I previously logged in. Despite that, I can't regain control. I'm under threat and coercion. I urgently request that access be revoked and my Janae Choppa Lulbhadk account be secured. - Liz

I recently replaced my phone and had my data transferred. When I tried to log in to my Facebook account, I faced an issue due to the high security settings I had set up. My boss's Facebook page has been compromised by a hacker who enabled two-step verification, preventing my boss from regaining control. This has led to us losing access to our company's page, where we both held administrator roles. The hacker has since removed me from the administrator position, and the page is now filled with unauthorized content. Our goal is to regain control of my boss's account and restore our access to the company's page. We have flagged the page and its unauthorized posts, submitted multiple reports to Facebook, and even tried reaching out via the chat feature, but have not received any assistance. We are contemplating creating a new account for my boss and a new page for the company, but we are concerned about losing our followers and audience in the process. Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook accounts. I have two accounts: "Caroline Caccia" and "Nemo Aude". Initially, "Nemo Aude" was used for a page called "Pompiers de l'Aude - nageurs sauveteurs - sdis11". I transferred page moderation to my personal account, "Caroline Caccia", and intended to delete the "Nemo Aude" account. I have logged out of my personal Facebook account on all devices and cleared browsing history. However, I had set up two-factor authentication prior to being locked out of posting on my page due to having over [redacted] followers. My phone number is linked to my professional account, preventing me from receiving the code for my personal account. Unfortunately, I do not have the key or QR code for my personal account as it is not open on any device. I have submitted my passport to Facebook but may have used the wrong email address. Hello, I have been dealing with a Facebook account hacking issue for the past 6 days. I have taken actions like filing a police report as the hacker is misleading my friends into losing money by posting about fake investment opportunities. The hacker enabled 2-factor authentication and changed the associated email, locking me out of my account. Despite reaching out to Facebook for help, the hacker still managed to post again. My friends helped me get one of the posts removed, but now the account is severely compromised, and I can't regain access. If possible, I would appreciate it if you could either delete the account or assist me in regaining access to delete it myself. On August 13, [redacted], my Facebook account was accessed by someone with an IP address from California. They posted content that violates Facebook Guidelines. I live in New Hampshire and have never visited California. I've been a loyal Facebook user for over a decade without any previous violations. I rely on Facebook for my businesses, so this incident has been financially burdensome. I'm eager to know what content was posted on my disabled account and would like to recover my photos if I cannot reactivate the account.

Recently, my Facebook account was disabled due to alleged violations of their terms of use related to discussing Covid-19. However, I mainly use the account for personal archiving and managing my company's page. The only recent interaction was responding to a friend's post about Covid-19 vaccinations, where I encouraged her to get vaccinated, having already received mine. When another person questioned her choice, I simply replied "why not" in Chinese. This response seems to have upset the person who asked the question.

Hello, I am Keshanta Maharaj. Recently, I came across an ad in my ads manager that I did not create. I disabled it through the ads manager. However, this led to being locked out of my Facebook account. After several tries, I managed to regain access by changing the password. Strangely, the language setting was changed to Chinese and upon rectifying this, I disabled the ad once more, resulting in being locked out again as the password was changed by someone else. I need assistance in disabling the ad account and regaining control of my Facebook account. Initially, I signed up with my phone number, [redacted]. Despite changing the password again, I am unable to login as it requires an authentication code from the app, which I cannot access either as it also demands the same code. While I was traveling, my account got hacked, and the password was reset. I was using my cell phone to recover it. Facebook emailed me about the suspicious activity and had me attempt to reset the password. When I tried to reset it, the email for the code had been changed to one I didn't recognize. I had to email them my ID photo, add a new yahoo email, and still, the reset code wouldn't work. I attempted several times, but the same code never worked, and now it says it's invalid. I got an email saying my account would be made invisible until I reset it, but the reset link provided didn't work. When I tried to log in at home, the account was completely gone. I can't contact Facebook directly, and the reset options aren't helping. I'm at a loss for what to do.

I am experiencing a frustrating situation where I have been unfairly reported on Facebook multiple times. Initially, I was reported after making a comment related to a upsetting post about my son. Despite taking a break from the platform, I was then reported again for agreeing with other users. Subsequently, I was reported for a seemingly harmless statement. Additionally, after posting a common phrase on a thread, I was once more reported. I tried to address this issue by blocking the person, but it seems to persist as they involve others in reporting my account. This has led to my inability to access Facebook properly. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this ongoing problem.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account. Both my account and phone numbers are disabled. Even my email that I am providing here is no longer accessible. I suspect I have two or three Facebook accounts, but I cannot remember the details to access them. I am unable to access the business account 'DanceWize_VIC' due to it being linked to the hacked profile 'Nick Wallis,' which was subsequently deleted by Facebook without any means of recovery. The hacking incident occurred on June 26, [redacted], the same day when the account 'Nick Wallis' was adjusting the page settings. I have evidence of the hack, including a password reset performed through the email address [redacted], which had a compromised password. The hacker also attempted to access other accounts, mostly gaming-related, but no financial information was compromised. I am seeking access to the Business account 'DanceWize_VIC' and would appreciate the restoration of the 'Nick Wallis' profile, although I understand this may not be feasible based on the information available.
