When attempting to log into Facebook this morning, I discovered that my password had been changed four hours ago. I tried to recover my account through my email but realized that my mobile phone number had been removed, with the recovery email address also changed. Upon checking my email, I found four new messages. Despite never being in the USA, the account was accessed from Louisville, Kentucky. The notifications revealed attempted logins and password changes linked to this unauthorized activity. Despite various efforts, it appears the hacker has disabled additional security measures, leaving me locked out of my account. This has resulted in the loss of seven years of valuable content, memories, and interactions. To summarize: 1. Primary email changed 2. Telephone number removed 3. Difficulty accessing account due to new email receiving verification codes I seek assistance in reclaiming my account as the thought of creating a new one is distressing. Regaining access to my original account is crucial. The hacker's ability to alter my primary email without confirmation is deeply concerning, emphasizing the need for robust security protocols. I am facing recurrent blocks on Facebook for reposting content that is already on the platform. I feel like I am being racially discriminated against as posts related to black history or current events trigger these blocks, while white propaganda and derogatory statements seem to go unchecked. Despite reporting offensive content, I am the one facing restrictions. Freedom of speech is vital, but it should not promote hate or disrespect. It appears that there is a bias as I get blocked for reposts from [redacted] and [redacted]. I am not a political activist but a veteran who loves this country. On Saturday, August 21st, my personal Facebook account was hacked. The hacker changed my email, phone number, and birthday, making it impossible for me to regain access. Despite numerous attempts to contact Facebook and submitting my ID, they only provided a link to bypass two-factor authentication, ultimately permanently disabling my account over content I didn't post. This is devastating as I manage several business pages from this account, one of which is only a month old. Most of my orders come through this page (facebook.com/kimsbackyardbakehouse), which I now can't access. I've lost personal messages from deceased individuals and money was taken from my Paypal for ads I didn't authorize. I created a new Facebook account to reach out to Facebook without success. Rebuilding these accounts is not something I want to do. I urgently need admin rights restored to my business pages linked to my disabled account, as they are vital for my business. I was recently charged $79.99 for points in the game "Difference Online Journey" on Facebook. I usually play games on FB but have never knowingly purchased points before. I believe this was an accidental click while playing the game. I am kindly asking for a refund of this amount to my Paypal account. I am retired and living on a fixed income, so this unexpected charge is a significant burden. I have refrained from playing games on FB now out of fear of incurring additional unauthorized charges. It would be helpful if games had a pop-up confirmation before purchasing points to prevent such accidents. Hello, good day. My cell phone was stolen, but I managed to recover the same number. I need it to access my apps, specifically my Facebook account. On August 17, [redacted], I received a notification at [redacted] that the primary email address for my account was changed to a Russian domain. I provided my ID card to verify my identity and changed my password with the code you sent me. Unfortunately, the fraudster in Russia set up two-factor authentication, making it impossible for me to regain access to my account. The fraudster has changed my password again from the IP address 83.[redacted].37.82 in Russia. I no longer have an email address associated with my account. I need help with fixing my Facebook Marketplace account issue. My husband and I, both international teachers, recently moved from Mumbai India to Singapore. Hello, my account was disabled back in August due to a status I posted in April. It mentioned depressive or self-harming thoughts, as I struggle with severe depression. Being autistic, it's challenging for me to determine what's appropriate to share. I've had this account for 12 years, containing cherished memories and important messages. I feel mistreated by Facebook for deactivating my account, impacting me further. It would be more helpful to remove such posts rather than disable accounts. Hello, I'm Ricardo Valente, and I need assistance with a problem regarding Dragon City, a Facebook game. After taking a break for a few years, I returned to find my original Facebook game ID replaced with a new one. Despite several email exchanges with the game's support team, they confirmed my account still exists but have been unable to restore my previous progress. Despite following their suggestions, including changing players, I can confirm that I'm using the correct account information. However, they have informed me that there is nothing more they can do. I had reached level 56 in the game before encountering this issue. I still have my "old" Facebook ID if that could help in any way. Despite their advice to continue trying the "change player" option, I remain unable to link back to my original game.
