For the past four months, I have been unable to access my account due to suspected fraudulent activity, although it was just me trying to pay my cell phone bill. Even after providing all the requested documents like my ID, social security card, and birth certificate, my account remains locked. I went to the Social Security office on the 6th to verify my identity, but I am still unable to access my funds. I am wondering if there is customer service available on Saturdays for Direct Express.

I lost my card a month or two ago and couldn't find it. I called to order a new one and discovered unauthorized use of my benefits. Everything was canceled, and a new card is on the way. However, I was transferred to the investigating department but got cut off after waiting for an hour and a half. I need help contacting them.

On July 4, [redacted], a payment of $49.84 was made for "Collasol Nuts" using my debit card without my authorization. I am unfamiliar with this nut company as I do not eat nuts due to having an upper dental plate which makes it difficult for me to eat. This unauthorized transaction led to the cancellation of my car insurance, which is normally deducted monthly. Dealing with this situation has been a nightmare, especially in attempting to reach Direct Express customer service over the phone. Yesterday, I waited on hold for 1 hour and 17 minutes, only to end up feeling frustrated and ultimately hanging up. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with a refund from Walmart that was processed on 4/22/[redacted] for $69 to my Direct Express card for items purchased on April 1st. However, after the refund, Walmart took back the money, causing my account balance to go negative. I have been on multiple dispute calls and have been informed that Direct Express is responsible, but I believe it was Walmart who took the money. I feel like someone has stolen from me and I want this resolved as it has affected my finances and credit negatively. I received a letter stating the dispute was my fault, but I don't have the ability to overdraft. This situation has caused me a lot of stress, and if it's not resolved promptly, I will have to seek legal action for damages. I demand accountability for this issue and a refund of my money immediately.

I recently ordered a replacement car with expedited shipping, but it was returned by UPS due to a messed-up shipping label. After contacting Direct Xpress, they issued me a new card, which is now also being sent back to the sender. I am beyond frustrated as I've been waiting for two weeks for my card, which I paid for expedited shipping. I previously received my card through regular mail and didn't have to deal with UPS. It seems that using UPS for shipping is not effective, and I suggest considering other shipping companies like FedEx or the United Postal Service for more reliable service.

I have been attempting to dispute unauthorized charges. On June 30th, I tried contacting the dispute department five times, waiting for two hours each time, but got no response. This is unacceptable as it is affecting my SSI funds, which I rely on urgently. It is now July 13th, and I still haven't received any answers. Due to this issue, I had to cancel my card and request a new one, which was supposed to arrive by mail but has not yet arrived. I refuse to pay $14 for express shipping for a replacement card when the company should take responsibility for the delay. I have faced numerous problems with this card company, waiting endlessly for assistance. If they do not address this promptly, I will seek out an alternative card provider for my SSI funds. This situation is causing significant financial strain, and I need help resolving these matters efficiently, especially since it takes ten days for a dispute to be processed, further delaying access to my essential funds.

I have not received my Social Security payments for June and July via Direct Express. When I contacted [redacted], the customer service representative informed me that my card was inactive. Without my four-digit PIN, she suggested I contact Social Security. After speaking with Social Security, they confirmed that the payments were sent to Direct Express. Today, on 7/16/23, I discovered a $14.99 charge on my Direct Express card supposedly for an Amazon.com order I did not make. I had not placed an order since 7/6/23, and Amazon confirmed no activity on 7/15/23. Despite providing evidence of a mistake and a promised refund, I was still charged. The customer service representative suggested canceling my card due to potential fraud. Frustrated with this recurring issue and the lengthy phone system, I have decided to switch to a more reliable financial institution. The automated system's inability to address my concerns effectively and the repeated unauthorized charges have led me to the decision to make a change.

I had a dispute with First Direct Express regarding a $50 overcharge by Ziply Fiber on a closed account. Despite providing written documentation and a refund ID number, D.E. did not refund my money or address the issue with Ziply. Additionally, I am being charged $14.99 by Amazon.com every month without placing any orders, which Amazon has no record of. D.E.'s solution was to issue me a new card, taking two weeks to arrive, to prevent further unauthorized charges. Since D.E. failed to address the previous issue with Ziply Fiber, I am reluctant to trust their resolution for the Amazon charges. Be cautious when dealing with U.S. Direct Express to avoid potential financial issues.

Since April, I have been noticing a recurring charge of $14.99 on my debit account allegedly from Amazon.com. Despite not placing any orders around the time of these charges, there is no corresponding record on my Amazon account or charges to my card. Strangely, these charges began after I replaced my card due to issues with Ziply Fiber wrongly billing me, and Direct Express not addressing the problem. It seems suspicious and concerning that the charges persist monthly without a valid reason.

I had to cancel my Direct Express card because Ziply Fiber kept charging me for a paid account. Even after canceling, they continued to charge me for 4 months for a service I no longer received. When I received my new card, I noticed a mysterious $14.99 charge each month allegedly to Amazon.com on the 16th. However, I hadn't made any orders around that time and Amazon has no record of any charges. It seems like someone at Direct Express is either deliberately overcharging me or there might be a larger issue within the organization taking advantage of customers.

I recently received a letter stating I have a deposit from [redacted], but when I tried to check my card, the system says my information is incorrect. No matter which phone I use, the error persists. Last month, I misplaced my car a few times and had a $[redacted] payment due on the 3rd. Social Security was supposed to pay the card company on my behalf, but I never received the funds on my card. I encountered card issues last month due to continually misplacing them. I kindly request that the $[redacted] be transferred to my new card number, which was mailed out on July 31st. I am having trouble using my card and cannot contact anyone for help. I have been trying to call all day but have not been successful. I am unable to log in as my login information is not working. I have deleted and redownloaded the app but still cannot access my account. I am actively involved in a dispute, but I have not received any notifications that may be affecting my access. I recently spoke with a representative from the SSI office who informed me that I would be receiving a Direct Express card in the mail. However, I have not received it yet and I am concerned. Several years ago, I was issued a Direct Express card at a different address. I want to confirm which address they are currently using to send me the card and ensure that it is correct. The representative mentioned that I should expect to receive the card within the next few business days during our conversation on July 26th.

I need assistance reaching a human service provider regarding my approved SSI disability. I was informed that a Direct Express card was being sent to me in the mail, with a timeframe of 5 to 10 calendar days. It is now past that time, and I have not received the card. Despite being told it was mailed on July 28th, I spoke to the disability office, which advised me to contact Direct Express to request a new card. However, the automated system at Direct Express states that the card has already been mailed. I am in urgent need of speaking with a customer care representative.

My Direct Express card has been deactivated, and they are sending me a new one that I should receive today, as it's been two business days according to the automated service. However, I didn't request a new card and don't know why it was issued. My disability funds are on that card, and it's my only source of money. I would like to dispute multiple withdrawals and transfers made from my Direct Express card to a Cash App account. These transactions show the name of the person and the amounts involved. There were unauthorized withdrawals on August 2nd and multiple times last month that I did not approve. I spoke with a representative three hours ago who is issuing me a new debit card due to these unauthorized transactions. However, I am currently on hold waiting to speak with the representative who was supposed to assist me with disputing these transactions and returning my money. I spent four hours on hold yesterday, and this situation is urgent as I recently found out I have leukemia. I need the $[redacted] refunded to me promptly so that I can purchase my medications.
