My account was compromised on August 3rd and has been reported. I have already cut up my card. I need to speak with a representative regarding my account to check on any pending transactions or completed ones so that an investigation can begin. I have been trying to contact someone for three hours. Instead, I keep getting redirected to a page where approval is needed for a dollar, but I no longer have access to my card to authorize this. On July 29th, [redacted], I placed an order on Walmart.com for items totaling $[redacted].21. Unfortunately, the items were not available, so I had to cancel the order. Despite waiting for 10 business days for the refund to appear back in my account, I have yet to receive it. I contacted a Direct Express agent to inquire about the status of my refund, but the agent I spoke with was unhelpful and rude. She claimed that the refund had been processed but could not provide any proof. Additionally, the refund does not reflect on my app, further adding to my frustration. I am doubtful that the money has been credited back to my account and am seeking assistance with resolving this issue.

I noticed a $59.99 charge from GYNOHLP.COM on my account on July 14, [redacted]. There were several other small charges following that. Direct Express closed my card and sent a new one but it took 18 days to arrive, causing a lot of stress and anxiety. After multiple calls, I obtained a claim number ([redacted]) and was told to fill out a form that I couldn't locate online. I received a letter dated August 1, [redacted], claiming I requested to stop recurring payments, which I didn't know about. I want the $59.99 reimbursed, as well as compensation for the stress and inconvenience caused by this situation. Due to Direct Express sending my card to the wrong address in Jessup, MD, my benefits were stolen by a hacker. Despite never having been to Jessup, my benefits were used. I need assistance in getting my stolen benefits transferred to my new card as I am disabled. Direct Express made the error, and I am seeking their resolution. Social Security mentioned contacting my Senator as they do not have my Jessup address on file. Without these funds, I risk homelessness. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I have recently discovered that Direct Express allowed Amazon to withdraw hundreds of dollars from my card over the past five years. I didn't realize this as I was residing in an assisted living facility. Upon receiving my card back, I noticed these unauthorized transactions. Despite reporting it, they abruptly blocked my account citing fraud. It has been three months now without access to my funds. I am frustrated as this isn't the first time I've had issues with them. Hello, on Friday, September 1, [redacted], at 11:48 PM local time in Puerto Rico, I have been experiencing issues using my card for a couple of hours. The app is not working, even after several attempts throughout the afternoon which I usually use without any problems. I have also tried calling customer service during this time, but I have been left waiting endlessly. As of writing this, I have been on hold for 20 minutes, which is not normal. I have been a loyal and satisfied customer for over a decade, and this situation is frustrating for me. I am a handicapped individual living independently, but with a prognosis that I may lose basic motor functions due to a spinal cord injury. I rely on a fixed income. I used my card for transactions recently, but I was surprised when it got restricted less than 6 hours later. I still have my card with me. I am assisting a friend who has not received their payments on time for their SSI and SSDI benefits. Despite speaking to a Social Security agent who confirmed that the checks were released to Direct Express, the payments have not shown up on the card. We have been attempting to contact Direct Express for two days without success. Enduring long hold times, including one instance for 9 hours, has been frustrating. Online attempts to resolve this have also been unsuccessful. The situation is unacceptable, as bill collectors are unsympathetic to the delay in payment.

I am new to Direct Express card services and have been trying to reach a live person for the past two days without success. I received my SSDI payment at midnight on September 1st. I made some online purchases totaling around $58 and $64, but when I went to the ATM to withdraw my rent money, I only had $4 left. Before my card was cancelled, I discovered some unauthorized transactions: one for $[redacted] related to an Apple product and another for $[redacted] for shipping.com. I am wondering about the status of my car that I entrusted to Direct Express for delivery. I paid extra for the 24-hour delivery service on Friday, expecting it to arrive on Saturday.
