I need to update the email address associated with my account. The current email is from a previous job that I no longer have access to. I've been using it for some time now, but I can't contact the old job to change it. I want to transfer my personal passwords to a new account. Unfortunately, when I try to add Dashlane to my browser extension, it sends a verification code to my old email, which I cannot access. I remember my password and can log in on my devices, but I'm unable to receive the verification code via email to make changes. I might consider switching to a different service if I can't resolve this and have to manually transfer my passwords. I'd prefer to stick with Dashlane if possible and just transfer my data.

Hello, my name is Sandra, and my phone was recently stolen. I am now using a Samsung phone. I lost the data from my previous phone, including some old passwords. I have since created new passwords that may be saved in Dashlane. I have successfully installed the app on my new phone.
After installing the app, I have access to a mix of old, current, and recently created passwords. I plan to review the information, delete any unnecessary files, and add any missing recent passwords.
I will follow up with updates by Monday or Tuesday.
Thank you,
Sandra L.

I'm frustrated with the password manager system for the third time I've had to reset my master password. This process should've been quick, but has now taken a week. I'm reluctant to reset it again and will use my previous password. Here it is: Last* Pass73PW%. Please address this promptly, as it should be a quick fix. I don't want to be redirected to Just Answer, as the costs can increase significantly from $4.95 to $26.00.

I had a disappointing experience ordering Dashlane Premium through [redacted] They required my checking account details smoothly, but there were issues with getting support and using the product. I never received the confirmation text from Dashlane on my phone. The service felt complicated, and I am now seeking a refund. If you encounter similar difficulties, be cautious and look for a reliable phone support option before proceeding with any orders.

My account displayed a plan renewal date of April 30, [redacted], for the Premium Plus plan. Seeking to take advantage of a special offer, I decided to extend my license by a year through PayPal. However, the renewal now indicates an expiration on December 5, [redacted], effectively shortening my license by three years. I kindly request assistance in correcting this discrepancy; otherwise, I may need to request PayPal to halt the payment. Additionally, I have a screenshot of the initial [redacted] renewal date available if needed.
Thank you,

I have a Dashlane account and recently switched to a new computer. Upon logging in with the correct password, I was prompted to verify my account via email, which I can't access until I'm logged into Dashlane. I would appreciate assistance in bypassing this verification process.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to receive emails regarding this matter until I can log into my Dashlane account. Please reach out to me at +[redacted]7 for verification via call or text.

I performed a system upgrade from Windows 7 Home to Windows 10 Pro by creating a backup of my C: drive, then installing Windows 10 on a new SSD after disconnecting the Windows 7 drive. However, upon reconnecting the old drive, my system failed to boot up. I restored the Windows 7 backup using EaseUS Todo from a USB drive, but encountered boot issues and had to reactivate MS Office. Following this, I faced problems with the Dashlane Plugin Agent not working and the Dashlane application itself not functioning properly. I need guidance on how to resolve these Dashlane issues, regain access to my passwords, and potentially reinstall Dashlane.

I accidentally dropped my phone in water, rendering it unusable. The email attached to my DASHLANE account, [redacted], is outdated, and I no longer have access to it for the 6-digit code DASHLANE requires. My current email is [redacted] Could you update it on your system and send the access code to my new email instead?

I received an invitation from Dashlane to upgrade to Dashlane Premium. Being a customer for six years, I followed the suggestion. However, upon checking the password list post-upgrade, I noticed that many websites I no longer visit were listed with passwords dating back three to five years. It seems that numerous of these passwords are likely outdated. I am confused and concerned about this situation.

After formatting my computer, I reinstalled Dashlane. Upon entering my email and password, I was prompted to enter a 6-digit verification code sent via email. However, I can't access my email since the password, stored in Dashlane, is lengthy and I don't recall it. None of my email passwords are easily remembered as they are all stored in Dashlane. Can someone assist me with this? I have my password, so why is email verification necessary?

When I start up my Windows 10 desktop, I notice that a Dashlane login box pops up, and I have to enter my Master Password. It's inconvenient that in Chrome, I have to click the Dashlane icon again to sign in whenever I visit a managed site since I've already logged in. The previous versions didn't make me do this redundant login step. The 14-day stay signed-in feature doesn't seem to work effectively. It would be great if Dashlane could either remove one of the login prompts or make the login in Chrome permanent instead of expiring every 14 days.

I am experiencing an issue with Dashlane appearing every time I boot up my Windows desktop and requiring me to log in again when accessing sites on Chrome for the first time. It is frustrating to have to log in multiple times and the 14-day automatic logon is not helpful. A possible solution would be to enable a single logon from the desktop to be recognized by Chrome, eliminating the need for double logging. Additionally, users should have the option to choose between not using the 14-day logon or making it a permanent setting. I have noticed that previous versions of the product did not have this double logon requirement, and it would be great to see this improved in future updates.

I am having issues with Dshline installation. After entering my email to receive a verification code, I never receive it. I attempted this with multiple email accounts but still didn't receive any codes. Now, I am unable to proceed as it keeps saying I have the wrong password. I have requested a refund as I am struggling to set up the program.

I believe my Dashlane account has been compromised. The first issue arose when trying to set up my account; I was informed that I already had a password associated. I proceeded to create a new account, recorded the password, but found it to be ineffective the next day. Despite numerous attempts, the password failed, prompting me to create another account, only to discover my email was already linked to a password. I attempted to utilize the iPhone's facial recognition tool to recover the account, yet I struggled to find the Security setting as instructed. I have used this feature on my phone with success but encountered difficulties integrating it with Dashlane. As I haven't stored much data on Dashlane, starting fresh isn't an issue; however, attempts to do so were thwarted by a message indicating my gmail account was already in use. I seek guidance on wiping any existing data associated with my email on Dashlane and setting up iPhone facial recognition for future account recovery.

I have been satisfied with your product for six months now, but recently I have been experiencing extreme frustration. The autofill popups on Android browsers do not function properly, flickering and disappearing multiple times before becoming usable. This issue arises on Firefox and Samsung Internet. Additionally, on Firefox for PC, after using autofill to log in to iCloud, a bothersome popup appears stating "Dashlane is automatically logging you in." This is a new and unwelcome feature that overlaps with website dialog boxes, hindering my usage. Clicking the 'X' does not remove it, causing further annoyance. Please address and rectify these issues promptly, or I will have to terminate my subscription and seek alternatives elsewhere.

I am experiencing an issue with Dashlane Premium. When the extension was added to Google, I was not given the chance to set up my account with a sign-in name and password. Despite numerous messages sent, I have been unable to resolve this. I work from home and have already lost a day's pay due to not having access to my account passwords, including Microsoft. What can be done to help me with this immediately?

I am in urgent need of assistance. I previously reached out over the weekend regarding accessing the Dashlane information App my sister had with your company. However, I have not received any response, only a thank you email. Unfortunately, my sister passed away suddenly on 28/11/20. Her nieces, acting as executors, require access to her bank accounts and business information. We are in desperate need of the login details stored in the app to settle invoices and manage accounts. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I reached out to you yesterday, December 8, regarding being charged $59.00 for a premium membership that I had canceled on November 10 after receiving an email from you stating the renewal would be on December 10 with the $59.00 charge. I now have the Paypal information to provide. I am content with the free basic account. When I contacted you previously, I was assured the cancellation went through and I wouldn't be charged. However, a pending charge has appeared on my Paypal account. The transaction is under CKO*DASHLANE for -$59.99, pending since December 8, [redacted]. The transaction ID is 7R050237TL192020U. As of today, December 9, the payment is still pending, and I kindly request the cancellation of this transaction for a refund to be processed. Thank you, Wendy Kinsey.
