I signed up for the Dashlane Premium Family plan on December 24th. However, when I attempt to log in to the web app, it indicates that my email address is invalid, preventing me from accessing my account. I have submitted two support tickets (#[redacted] and #[redacted]) but have not received any response yet. This lack of communication leads me to worry about the level of support I might receive in the future. I would like to have someone contact me either via email at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted]. Thank you, Greg Russell.

I recently signed up for a new Dashlane account with the wrong email address. The correct email should be [redacted], not [redacted] I am unable to access any emails sent to the incorrect address to verify my account on the desktop application. I need to change my main login ID or contact email to the correct one. I upgraded to a premium account today, January, using my Visa card. Please assist me in updating my information so I can use my account. If it's not possible to make the necessary changes, I would like to request a refund and create a new account. I have been receiving emails about my Premium trial ending, with the latest one stating it expires today. On 5/5/[redacted], I purchased a one-year premium subscription (invoice INVPRE[redacted]3) that is set to renew automatically. Please confirm that my premium account will not be lost and that I will stop receiving these incorrect emails. Thank you. Carey T.

I have a Dashlane account and would appreciate some guidance: 1. Could you provide detailed instructions for setting up Dashlane on both my desktop computer and iPhone? I am currently using the free account but plan to upgrade to premium for multi-device access. 2. Is it possible to change my master password? I feel my current one is not secure enough. 3. If Dashlane generates passwords for me, can I use the same username for multiple accounts? 4. Do the passwords created by Dashlane require regular changes? 5. With many websites now using fingerprint ID or verification codes, does Dashlane support these during logins? 6. Am I able to view my saved passwords in my account? 7. I am Lauren Westover, a Dashlane customer since [redacted]. Today, on 02/10/[redacted], none of my important accounts could be accessed as the passwords were blocked with "hidden." Initially, I suspected hacking, but now I believe my Dashlane account, [redacted], has been terminated. The email associated with the account is showing as invalid. Upon checking my app records, I realized my account expired over a year ago, although I never received any renewal reminders. Had I been notified, I would have renewed immediately. Dear team, I have been a user of your app for over 2 years now and feel compelled to reach out regarding recent changes that I find troubling. 1. The latest update has made it difficult to edit notes as the screen shrinks, preventing access to the bottom of the original notes for additional text. 2. A smaller issue but still frustrating is the extra step required for long passwords or payment numbers. It would be more user-friendly if the large display popped up with a single press to the left of the copy area instead of having to click on the password or number first. While I appreciate the convenience of having all my passwords in one place, these recent changes have detracted from the user experience. I hope you can address these concerns promptly. I noticed a charge of $59.99 on my Capital One statement on February 5th from Dashlane. I usually use their free version only and did not authorize this payment. The strange part is that they used a card intended for my husband which has never been activated and has been stored in his desk. My husband, who is 80 years old, has no need for Dashlane or even uses Google much. The card still has its red tape seal unbroken. I am seeking a refund for this unauthorized charge and would like an explanation from Dashlane as to how they obtained this card's number. Additionally, I would like clarification on the service for which I was billed, although I have no interest in it.

I have been a Dashlane subscriber for a while. I acquired a premium plan with the email [redacted], valid until June [redacted]. On February 28, [redacted], I purchased the Family plan using [redacted] I recently found out how to upgrade my existing Premium Plan ([redacted]) to a Family plan. Can you refund my purchase on [redacted] and upgrade my [redacted] account instead? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I collaborated with a representative to assist in closing one of my two Dashlane accounts. The specified account is linked to an inactive email address, which required verification to confirm ownership. Despite my attempts, the ID software did not accept the photos of my driver's license or credit card. Subsequently, the representative ceased communication after I encountered this issue. Despite multiple follow-up requests for support, I have not received any responses. I wish to continue using Dashlane but require assistance to address this matter. My intention was to close the Premium account and upgrade the second account. Without resolution, I may have to transition to another provider. Although I have been a satisfied customer for years, the lack of response has been frustrating and disheartening. I am eager to understand the issue and explore potential solutions. I am looking to update my contact email address. The instructions provided involve clicking on a toolbar that I am unable to locate. I am also interested in adding my cell phone number to my account. To change the contact email address on the Dashlane desktop application, follow these steps: 1. Log in to the Dashlane application on Windows. 2. Even if there is no menu bar visible, proceed by attempting to find and click on "Tools." 3. Access the Preferences section. 4. Navigate to the Account tab. 5. Unlock the panel by clicking on the lock icon and input your Master Password. 6. You can then update your contact email address, located near the "Cell phone" field. Remember, it is essential to have access to your contact email address for receiving security codes during device authentication.

While watching videos on YouTube on my laptop, it unexpectedly stopped working. After switching to another laptop, I realized I stored my Google account password in Dashlane. I am in need of a QR code or authentication number to access my account. I have tried the authentication number, but it keeps showing as incorrect. During a chat session, I was informed that I would receive an email after the chat to resolve the issue, but no email was sent. I require either an authentication code or a Dashlane QR code to use Authy for generating the necessary code to log into your web application. I have a premium account but have not received the needed assistance. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention.

Hello, I accessed Dashlane to update the manager's name from the previous one to mine since I am the current manager. However, this action has locked me out of the Viktor account. I recently received a notification to update my master password, which I promptly did on my laptop. However, upon attempting to log in with the new password on my iPhone, I encountered issues with the new passcode being rejected. Subsequently, I ended up unintentionally resubscribing and being charged for a full year via Apple Pay. I had already paid for my annual subscription last October. Currently, I can access Dashlane on the web and view my passwords there, but I am unable to do so on my other devices, including my iPad which my wife also uses. This situation has been quite frustrating and problematic for me. I anticipate that my restricted access will only be temporary until I am prompted for a re-login. I am in need of assistance from a customer service representative and a refund for the inadvertent subscription renewal.

I have been using Dashlane on my iPhone and computer without any issues until recently. While I can log in on my iPhone, I am encountering a problem when trying to log in on my computer. We are on a family plan, and my wife can access Dashlane on both her phone and computer. Whenever I attempt to log in, I receive the message: "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again." My email address is [redacted] My wife's email address (the one associated with the Dashlane account) is provided below. My computer is operating on Mac OS 10.15.7, and my web browser is Firefox version [redacted].0.2, which indicates it is up to date.

Ever since I downloaded the app and subscribed to Premium, I have faced difficulties using it. Despite watching videos and extensively searching the website, I encounter issues when trying to log in after creating a password. The system keeps stating that the password is incorrect. As a premium member of Dashlane, I pay annually for services I rarely use. Today, I am unable to log in on any of my devices. When I enter my email, it prompts, "Something went wrong, RETRY." When I input a backup email, it states, "email not recognized." Although my login information populates on some websites, I suspect this is due to my 14-day auto entry request, which will expire soon. I am considering clearing my cache, but I fear losing access entirely. If I regain access, I plan to export all my data. Despite trying to contact Dashlane via emails and texts, there has been no response. I seek assistance and clarification on charges but find no means to communicate with Dashlane.
