My Pixel 2 phone is not displaying the Dashlane icon for auto-filling forms. I have already set up Dashlane in System and Language/Gestures as the Autofill preference. I use Google Chrome as my preferred browser.
I am encountering difficulties retrieving passwords from Dashlane for various apps. This was not an issue on my Samsung phone and it works reliably on my desktop computer.
I am becoming increasingly frustrated with Dashlane and am contemplating canceling my premium service, uninstalling Dashlane, and trying another password manager as recommended on Cnet. I do not feel the app justifies the cost.
I have expressed my frustrations multiple times and have been a paying premium user for 1 to 2 years. While I used to recommend Dashlane to others, I have stopped doing so due to the lack of improvements in service over time.

After having issues with my wifi usb drives following the installation of High Sierra on my MacBook Air, I decided to revert to the Yosemite operating system, which had been the last backup where my wifi was functioning correctly. Due to a damaged wifi motherboard, I rely on a micro wifi usb drive. I am hesitant to upgrade beyond Yosemite until I have ample time to troubleshoot potential wifi issues. However, I am now facing difficulties with Dashlane. Whenever I try to use it, I receive an error stating that my Desktop application needs an update, which is not feasible on Yosemite. This has put me in a challenging situation. I seek assistance regarding this matter.

I'm looking to access my Virgin Media account. I followed the email link they provided on my phone. Dashlane assisted with my email, and I used my fingerprint to autofill the password, successfully logging in. However, when I try to copy the password on Dashlane for my desktop or phone, it doesn't work. I confirmed the passwords match and both devices are in sync. It's frustrating! I want to change my password, but Dashlane doesn't autofill the old password, and the saved one doesn't work. I've tried everything, even the password history, with no success. Previously, I managed some issues by using Dashlane on Internet Explorer, but as of today, it stopped functioning. I've been unable to utilize Dashlane on Edge, resulting in the inability to access any of my password-protected sites. Even though I enter my master password, it claims it's incorrect, despite working fine on Internet Explorer until recently. After reinstalling Windows 7 Pro on my new hard drive, I encountered issues reinstalling Dashlane. A message indicated that it required a newer version of Windows. This confused me. Does Dashlane no longer support Windows 7? Despite this, I attempted to proceed with the installation. After creating a desktop shortcut, I received an error stating, "Entry point not found." The specific error was "The procedure entry point AddDllDirectory could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll." I believe the installation failed due to the initial error message. Dashlane security breach concerns me. I am a premium user who accesses this service on multiple devices.
Will updating my master password suffice, or should I reset all individual passwords on my accounts to thwart potential access by any hackers?
Given my premium status, I worry whether the intruder can persist in staying logged in through the sync feature, obtaining each password change I make subsequently.
If this scenario holds true, I wonder if it's feasible to transfer my data to a new Dashlane account and discontinue the compromised one.
I mistakenly overpaid for several years of service. Is there a process for refunding the duplicate payment back to my credit card?

I have encountered consistent issues with Dashlane since the start. As a premium member, I am looking to end my subscription. Recently, the information provided in my password manager page has changed, making it impossible to view my password history or even access the passwords. Just now, while attempting to reset my banking password, I noticed that Dashlane displayed four different icons for the same bank. When I tried to delete one incorrect icon, it erased all entries under that letter category. Instead of being a time-saving tool, Dashlane is causing me to waste more time due to its inefficiency. I am disappointed by the lack of an [redacted] number for customer support. Recently, my Dashlane Premium has been failing to launch for about 10 days. An error message appears stating, "The program can't start because KWExternLib.6.[redacted].0.[redacted].dll is missing from your computer. Try re-installing the program to fix this problem." Furthermore, my AVG anti-virus identifies a potential virus. This has made me doubt the security of Dashlane on my computer. I urgently need assistance but am unable to find a customer service number. I believe it is crucial for a company dealing with internet security to promptly address and resolve such issues. I recently had an issue with one of my online accounts and contacted the site's support desk for assistance. They advised me to clear my Chrome browsing history. I uninstalled Dashlane due to issues with wrong passwords being entered automatically when logging into accounts. After attempting to download it from the Dashlane website and following their instructions, both times I was informed it was not an authorized download. I am unsure where to find a legitimate download for Dashlane.

I have been using Dashlane Pro for a few years now and appreciate its protection of my login information. One of its greatest features is the automatic login fill-in function, which unfortunately has not been working on my Windows 10 Laptop for years. I am a big fan of Dashlane. However, I am experiencing difficulties accessing my list of internet organizations and passwords as well as logging in successfully. When I change and save a password, sometimes it prompts me to save it multiple times. Later, when I try to use the new password, I encounter an error message because it was not saved properly. Clicking on the Dashlane icon on my monitor results in a spinning blue circle that eventually disappears without connecting. I believe that having phone support would greatly improve the situation. I am willing to pay an extra fee for this service or even for an online chat option. The current back-and-forth email system is very time-consuming and inefficient.
