I placed an order which I canceled before it was shipped, but the seller sent it anyway. I contacted them and reiterated that it was canceled and not to send it, but they claimed it was already in transit and asked me to return it upon arrival. When the package arrived, I tried to return it, but they refused. I opened a dispute and stated that I wanted to return it at their expense since it was their mistake, they agreed to the return but won't cover the shipping costs. After numerous messages with no response, the seller seems to be stalling. This is unacceptable. I spoke with 20 customer service representatives, but none of them could resolve the issue.

I do not wish to proceed with this order and will not be making any additional payments. Seller's message: "Dear friend, I apologize for the confusion. As a new store, I mistakenly listed the product at the wrong price. The correct price for the body kit you purchased is $[redacted], but I sold it to you for $[redacted]. During the Black Friday sale, the company offered three different discounts: $5 off at a specific price point, as well as $15 and $40 off. I experienced an issue where I was short by $0.04 for the $40 discount. After several attempts with the promo code 15DEAL and not seeing the discount applied, I made a different purchase of $15 the next day. Even after trying three times, the $15 discount didn't work until I used the $5 off discount on the fourth attempt. I suspect there might have been a system glitch or a time delay in applying the discounts due to high sales volume. I want to express my concern about these issues and urge the company not to cheat its customers. I have experienced questionable practices before and hope that the business will address these concerns to maintain customer trust and loyalty.

During the Black Friday sale, I encountered issues with applying discounts to my purchases. Initially, I missed out on a $0.04 discount on a $40 item. When trying to apply the "15Deal" promo code, it didn't work at checkout, so I assumed it was a computer glitch. The next day, I attempted the same purchase at the same price point and saw the discount applied before completing the transaction. This happened twice more. Frustrated, I then tried the "$5DEAL" discount, which worked as intended, allowing me to see it applied before finalizing the purchase. I am having trouble accessing the return service for my package with code [redacted][redacted]. After receiving the email with instructions, I attempted to log in but couldn't access the information. I even changed my account password to try and resolve the issue, but I still can't proceed. This experience has been particularly disappointing as it affected my daughter’s birthday since the gift didn't match the picture. In my current situation, I just wish to receive a refund so I can purchase a different gift for her. Unfortunately, the time constraint of 7 hours left to return the package is looming, and without access to the return details, I'm unsure how to proceed.

I recently received a package from Canada Post containing footwear that does not match what I initially ordered. After realizing I would be charged more for the item, I promptly canceled the order. Despite canceling the order within seconds, the item had already been shipped. Oddly, the item does not appear in my account. I checked my credit card statement but couldn't find any charges matching this purchase. The winter boots I received were not the sneakers I had ordered. I placed an order for 20 items but have not received anything. I reached out to the seller on Aliexpress and opened a case. The seller requested me to close the case promising a refund. I closed it but haven't received the refund yet, and I am unable to open another case. The seller mentioned it may take up to 30 days. After this period, I contacted them, and they advised me to reach out to Aliexpress. The app says I should request a refund through Alipay, possibly incurring a 15€ fee, unlike on a PC. I recently placed multiple orders for jewelry findings on Aliexpress from different companies. There seems to be an issue with the accuracy of the address and contact details provided to these companies via Aliexpress. The orders have not been delivered because only my city and state were shared instead of the complete address, and my phone number was incorrectly entered with one wrong digit by Aliexpress. I have received notification from Aliexpress that my packages are being returned to the companies by USPS.
