Hello, I would like to address an issue with my order on 25.11.[redacted] regarding the final total. The amount showed as [redacted] euros after a BSf22 discount, but it should have been slightly over [redacted]€, as shown in the screenshot, resulting in an overpayment. The code was not recognized, meaning I should receive a refund from Aliexpress for the difference. When paying with the Paypal link, it charged me more, as after entering the code, I should only pay [redacted].31€. There was an overcharge, with the difference between the amount paid and the correct amount needing to be refunded, or I will request a refund through Paypal. The amount on the Aliexpress invoice is not accurate. Total cost is [redacted].97€. Shipping 66.56€ - 35.25€ Total amount [redacted].31€ I was supposed to pay [redacted]€ with Paypal, which shows an overpayment. Kindly request the appropriate correction and adjustment of the amount. I cannot attach an image, but I have saved it. If you could advise where I can send this as proof. Please respond promptly, preferably at [redacted]. Best regards, Mathias

I placed an order for a man's wig on AliExpress two months ago from Halo Lady Hair Store in New Jersey, USA. I was unsatisfied with the product and attempted to return it, but AliExpress did not provide a return address. I sent it back to the sender using USPS, but the store claims they never received it. After disputing with my credit card company, the seller contacted me. They are now pressuring me to cancel the dispute or they won't send my second order. Despite offering to withdraw the dispute if they send me a similar-priced wig, they declined. I am now considering complaining directly to AliExpress as this seller's behavior is questionable. Order [redacted][redacted] has been causing me trouble. I've reached out to the seller regarding the discrepancy in my order. They responded with just emojis, which is not helpful. I've also contacted PayPal, and they are requesting me to return the items at my own expense. I am frustrated by this as the store offers free shipping and returns, and I just want to receive the correct items or get a refund. The store, Simple Mind, is unresponsive, and I am running out of time with PayPal's resolution process. Another party attempted to assist but only provided an old tracking number. It is clear that I ordered 16 items, not 7. This situation is becoming a nightmare, and I hope for a resolution in my favor. Dear Aliexpress Management Team, I wish to bring to your attention a serious issue with two stores operated by the same seller on Aliexpress. The first store is Jiggle Store (Order ID: [redacted][redacted]), where the seller misled me about the product's audio capabilities, leading to poor quality and low volume upon receipt. Despite eventually receiving a refund after returning the item at my own expense, the seller dishonestly recommended their second store, KeJop Store (Order ID: [redacted][redacted]), promising a high-volume transmission. Unfortunately, the item from KeJop Store also had low volume and poor sound quality upon testing. The seller's dishonesty and warnings against negative feedback have left me disappointed and infuriated. I have requested a refund for the second item and seek your intervention to address this issue. I hope for a just resolution, or I will be compelled to share my experience on various platforms to uphold transparency and seek accountability. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am experiencing issues with my last two orders on AliExpress. This is not a common occurrence for me as I have shopped there before without any problems. On 19.11.[redacted], I placed two orders and paid for them using my credit card. The payment for both orders was successful. However, when I checked my order history, these two orders were missing. I attempted to follow the instructions provided by the help center to retrieve the order numbers using my partial credit card number (6+4), the amount paid, and the payment date. Unfortunately, after completing the second step, I did not receive any results. Without this information, I will not be able to proceed with any necessary steps or request a refund. One of the orders is for a battery for the Zenpad 10, and the other is for a protective glass for the GALAXY A51.

I purchased a dress from the Makayla store on Aliexpress. Unfortunately, the dress did not fit and was of poor quality, costing me $[redacted] in total. Originally, the dress was $[redacted], but I paid an extra $30 for express shipping. When I tried to return the dress for a full refund, the seller was uncooperative and would not provide a return address, eventually blocking me and preventing further dispute. I escalated the issue to Aliexpress, who ruled that the seller must refund me the full amount and cover the return shipping costs, which I have done by sending the dress via UPS today. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted] for the dress, $30 for the express shipping, and an additional $30 for the return shipping fee.

Product Number: [redacted][redacted] I am providing the communication I sent to Aliexpress (with photo and video) regarding an issue with the product. Aliexpress directed me to Customer Service with an unreachable link. Since I am unable to get assistance, I am reaching out here for help. After purchasing, the product worked well initially but later started malfunctioning, with water coming out instead of steam and the water pump failing. The seller stated they have no after-sales service in Europe, requiring me to send the product to China for warranty repair. I did so at my expense (60 Euros) on August 17th, and it was returned on November 12th in poor condition due to inadequate packaging. The product sustained damage, making it unusable. The seller refused responsibility. I request intervention to address this unsatisfactory situation before leaving negative feedback. Thank you.

Hello AliExpress, Thank you very much for the quick delivery of my ordered components. I do have an issue, though. There is an app specified for the ESP8266 ESP-01/01S 5V WiFi board to switch the relay. However, the links provided lead me to a Chinese website where everything is in Chinese, and it seems I need to register. This is not helpful for me. Could you please provide a link where I can understand and download the app in English or German? It would be disappointing if I couldn't use the modules without the app and had to return them. I received a fake item from a seller who goes by the name XIAOMI Shoes Store. On the order page, it was advertised with a photo claiming it was [redacted]% authentic. However, what arrived was a low-quality counterfeit. In the dispute, I am being asked to return the item at my own expense. According to consumer protection laws, I am not obliged to send back fake goods anywhere, let alone cover the costs. The seller does not dispute that the item is not genuine but still demands a return. It has been 3 months, and I am struggling to receive the original item; this is the second time a fake one has been sent to me.

The tracking information shows that my order has been marked as "delivered," but I have not received it yet. It's been 5 days past the supposed delivery date. I contacted customer support, and they mentioned I have to wait 15 days before I can dispute this. This order was specifically for a Christmas gift, so waiting that long is frustrating. If I have to wait the full 15 days and then have the items reshipped, the delivery time will exceed Christmas. I'm quite disappointed with the situation overall.

Hello, I have made 12 orders from various sellers, but only received 5 packages so far. The issue is that the remaining 7 orders have been combined into one box automatically. Currently, these 7 orders seem to be stuck as I cannot see any movement. I contacted the transportation company in my country, but they have no updates. The tracking information on AliExpress only shows that the package is in transit in another country. I am feeling confused and concerned as my 7 orders are missing. I purchased a vacuum cleaner from the AliExpress seller ABIR Official Store. Unfortunately, the vacuum cleaner stopped working after just two months. When I contacted the seller through AliExpress Messenger, they started to blame me and suggested I try to fix it myself. I asked if they could repair it or exchange it for another one, but I have not received a response yet. It seems like the seller is not willing to address the issue and is more focused on selling the vacuum cleaners without providing proper customer support.

I placed an order and was initially charged $3.66 for shipping for 2 bars of soap. However, when the package arrived, the USPS requested an additional $6.00 for shipping due to a fraudulent label issue. This extra charge was not a tax but a fee for the shipping service. Despite my attempts to clarify this through online chat, it was not resolved. According to USPS customer service, they have been encountering similar problems with packages from Ali Express, and several customers at the counter had the same issue as me. It seems that a new label is being applied during the shipping process, as this happened to another package of mine a few months ago. I kindly request assistance in resolving this recurring problem.
