I purchased a car multimedia system from AliExpress. Unfortunately, my car was hit, causing a delay in the installation process. As a result, I missed the 15-day protection window. When I finally tried to install the multimedia system, I encountered issues with a cable not matching and a socket missing. Only the radio is working, while the back camera, steering wheel controls, and other functions are not functioning. I need assistance regarding an order issue with Seller Shenzhen Asia-Pacific Dingcheng Store. My order (No. 5[redacted] 0[redacted]) has not been shipped, and the seller is unresponsive to my messages in the chat. Despite my repeated requests to cancel the order, the seller falsely marks it as shipped every 24-48 hours. I'm puzzled as all my order numbers seem to be the same, such as [redacted][redacted], which is for a digital thermometer I bought from Shop[redacted] on October 6th. Supposedly, it was shipped from Germany the next day and marked as delivered on October 27th, despite me not confirming it. Due to illness, I couldn't check the AliExpress App from October 20th-28th. On the 28th, I informed the seller after realizing the delivery wasn't reported by me. Sadly, due to ongoing health issues, I couldn't monitor the situation until now. An auto-response email from the seller didn't address my concerns, and I wasn’t aware that this fake delivery confirmation triggered the dispute window, which has now closed. Regrettably, the seller is unresponsive to my messages.

I placed Order ID: [redacted][redacted] on Aliexpress on September 25. Tracking showed the parcel arrived in the transit country, possibly Singapore, on October 1 with tracking no. LB[redacted]56SG. However, since then, there have been no updates. Backview Global Center advised me to wait until November 20 and contact them if the parcel has not arrived. I've also left messages on Aliexpress Help center, but have not received much assistance. Despite the robot asking for patience, I am concerned after 53 days of waiting without further tracking updates. I doubt I will receive the order by November 20. I purchased an item from AliExpress on October 6th. I was informed via email that the item shipped from Germany on October 7th. However, on October 27th, despite receiving an email stating that the item was delivered, I did not receive it. I reached out to the seller on October 28th, but they did not respond for the following 20 days. Subsequent attempts to contact them only resulted in automated email responses. Unfortunately, I was unaware that the dispute window was limited and it has now expired. I believe AliExpress should intervene to assist as all sellers are expected to be professional and provide support to buyers.

I am a Gold customer and was trying to place an order, looking for a code for free shipping. I have found several codes online, but none of them seem to work when entered. With a cart total of [redacted]€, free shipping would be very beneficial, but the codes I found do not apply. Existing customers seem to be treated poorly in terms of these important codes for the entire order. The requirement for specific items is illogical and frustrating. For a mixed order including clothing, jewelry, etc., it should be standard to have a minimum of 50% off the entire order. New customers have this option, so why not for Gold or existing customers? Please provide a working code for a 50% discount on my entire order, specifically for clothing and shoes. Free shipping should be automatic for such a total, rather than requiring a code. Existing customers deserve better treatment, as a mere 5€ discount is not beneficial. Waiting for a code to proceed with my order. Please review my cart and provide a more significant discount automatically.

Upon receiving the item, I discovered that the player was incomplete as it was missing its internal components, only containing the outer casing. This has left me extremely puzzled as to how this oversight could have occurred.
I have frequently made purchases through Aliexpress and have encountered a few defective items in the past, but they were generally satisfactory given the long journey from China to Germany with multiple stops along the way. However, this time, receiving a completely incomplete item raises concerns. When I contacted the seller, I was asked to provide photographs of the item. Considering the missing parts, it was challenging to photograph what was not there.
The proposed solution of returning the item to China from Germany would cost double the price of the item itself, which is unreasonable without any assurance. Typically, companies exhibit responsibility towards customers by either refunding or replacing defective items promptly. Is this not the standard practice in your case?
Subsequently, the seller offered a mere two-dollar refund, which I find quite inadequate and somewhat mocking. I do not seek a nominal refund but rather a complete and proper resolution, or else, nothing at all. This experience has left me disappointed and frustrated.
Unfortunately, I feel powerless in this situation. While my review of this purchase may not be acknowledged, I will certainly share my feedback on your handling of the matter online as a caution for potential buyers. It is truly disheartening when things go awry.

Excerpt from AE guidelines regarding dispute-sending itm back: According to AliExpress guidelines, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the seller if:
1. There is reasonable evidence that the item does not meet the seller's specifications at the time of purchase.
2. If the seller pays for the return shipping, you must confirm the return costs with them via chat before returning. Proceed with the return only if seller agrees and confirms the return amount.
Step 1: Go to your local post office and ship the item.
Step 2: Make sure to get a tracking number and relevant details for confirmation.
Step 3: Once the return reaches the seller, remind them to proceed with refunding your order, including the shipping costs.

I am from Germany and placed my first order on AliExpress. I purchased 4 items that were all shipped separately. I did not monitor the delivery status closely because I expected a longer wait time. To my surprise, the first 2 packages arrived and I was pleased. However, today (2 days later), upon checking the delivery status of the remaining 2 products, I noticed that one has not been sent yet (which is understandable), but the other one has already arrived in Germany yesterday or today. There seems to be an issue now as it states "delivery to the sorting station not possible." I am concerned about any potential customs duties. Will I receive the product or will it be returned?
