Subject: Return Shipping Issues and Defective Goods Received Hello, I am facing difficulties returning a defective device I purchased. The seller's return address lacks vital details needed for shipping, such as a complete name, street, house number, zip code, and city. Moreover, the seller is requesting the return to be sent to China, although the item was originally dispatched from Poland. The shipping fees to China are excessive, exceeding the product's value. This being my second problematic purchase, the return process has already failed once due to unclear address instructions and high return costs. Dealing with these challenges on Aliexpress orders is concerning, especially when support cannot assist if the seller provides inaccurate return information. I have a case order that was paid through PayPal. I need a tracking number for my delivery confirmation. If the Royuli Engraver Machine item, including GRLB software, is not delivered by Nov/20/[redacted], per our agreement, I request a refund deposited into my Chase Bank account #[redacted]. I am seeking advice on how to address a disappointing customer experience with purchasing two children's watches from AliExpress for $99.22 each. Unfortunately, both watches (order no. [redacted][redacted]) malfunctioned shortly after receiving them, with one even breaking within days. When I reached out to the seller, Junior Care Factory Online, they initially suggested I keep trying to use the watches. After persistent communication, they agreed to refund me upon returning the items. I have since returned both watches as agreed, but the seller has now stopped responding to my messages. Despite contacting the AliExpress Help Center, I have not received any assistance. I sincerely hope that AliExpress can step in to resolve this matter, either by facilitating a refund from the seller or processing the refund themselves.

On September 29, [redacted], I placed order number 30xxxxxxxxx requesting delivery to my address. On October 11, I was informed to pick it up at the parcel company's distant offices. I paid for shipping with the understanding it would be delivered to my home. Despite discussing this with the seller and escalating the issue on AliExpress, I am being asked to collect it from their offices. This goes against the agreed delivery terms. I am firm in my request for the order to be delivered to my home as originally arranged, or I expect a refund instead.

On the 18th of October, I accidentally ordered 3 wingchair covers instead of just one and made the payment to your account. Upon realizing this mistake, I promptly canceled the orders, and they disappeared from my list of orders. AliExpress informed me that they couldn't locate the orders in their system and requested more details to assist me in resolving the issue. I promptly emailed them the credit card number, the amount paid, the date, my account number, and proof of payment to your account. They advised me to reach out to your customer support for further assistance. I kindly request a refund of the money that is currently in your account. REF: Order ID: [redacted][redacted] order placed 09 October [redacted] Hello, I placed orders on AliExpress in early October, but ran into issues due to an incorrect address causing the courier, Royal Mail, to return the items to the sender. I encountered difficulty with my AliExpress account verification, prompting me to reach out to AliExpress Chat for help. Although my account was reset, the orders are now not displaying, making it impossible for me to request support through the usual channels. Luckily, I have a receipt from PayPal and can share Invoice IDs, Item Numbers, and transaction IDs. Despite the items being returned to China, I would still like to receive them. Unfortunately, I am unable to change the return location, but is it feasible to update the delivery address and have the items resent to the correct one? Thank you for your assistance. L. H.

I have purchased a lot from you this year and the previous one. 1. I never received a ring. Despite my numerous complaints, I didn't get either the item or a refund. 2. Before a shipment leaves the warehouse in China, I immediately request to return it once it arrives. After indicating this, I continue to ask for it not to be sent, stating that I will return it. I witness the entire process and even after protesting, I end up stuck with the item and no refund. 3. Today you inform me that I have hours left to claim those two dresses. I check and see that you have not even read my complaints. I am once again going to be left without the dresses and the refund. Once I receive the pending items, I will stop doing business with you. I have spent a lot of money with you. I regret that I won't work with you anymore.

I am an avid buyer from Chinese online stores like AliExpress, placing well over [redacted] orders annually. Generally, my orders are smooth, but recently, I purchased a tablet that turned out to be a total fake. The model advertised was nothing close to what I received. The tablet was supposed to be a Pad 6 Pro with impressive specs, but in reality, it had half the resolution, a fake battery status, and poor camera quality. The supposed powerhouse device was sluggish, with apps crashing often. The vibration, flash, and torch functions were subpar. The overall experience has been disappointing, and I hope to return the product for a full refund, including shipping costs. AliExpress needs to address such sellers to maintain their reputation.

I requested a full refund of $52.33 for an item that doesn't work. Initially, Aliexpress denied my refund due to lack of evidence. I sent a video demonstrating the SSD drive is faulty as claimed. Despite this, Aliexpress is not honoring the buyer's protection policy. I believe both the vendor and Aliexpress are involved in a scam. I urgently require the $52.33 refund. Many of my family and friends in Canada, the United States, and the UK have used Aliexpress for years, but we are noticing a decline in customer protection. This situation amounts to fraud, as it's unfair to pay $52.33 for a non-functioning SSD. I feel targeted and demand a full refund of $52.33.

I have a concern regarding my purchase from AliExpress. The order number is [redacted][redacted], and I bought it from the Keywear official store. I am Lamiah Elcock. After receiving a product I was unhappy with, I initiated a dispute on the app. The cost of returning the item was high, so I asked the company for a return label. Initially, they promised to send one in a few days to my email. However, I have had to continuously follow up with them. They kept extending the time it would take to provide the label. Now, they are requesting that I pay for the return to the country of origin. I am disappointed by their lack of professionalism and the delay. I am a regular customer on AliExpress and would like a free return label to expedite the process and receive a full refund. This issue has persisted for over a month, causing me significant distress.

On September 20th, I placed an order for three items on AliExpress with an expected delivery date of October 19th. This time, the order appears to have been split into two separate packages. On October 6th, the packages reached the local post center, BPost, but they were rejected because the seller did not provide accurate delivery information. Despite the packages being sent back to the seller on October 13th, the seller did not reach out to request additional information, resulting in this issue. I have initiated a dispute and an appeal, providing all the necessary evidence, yet my request for a refund was denied. I am confused as to why this decision was made, as I never received the packages, and BPost confirms that they were returned to the seller on October 13th. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and processing the refund promptly.

I ordered a small fan for €31.90 to clean my computer from Ali, but it never arrived. I contacted the seller who kept asking for patience, saying it would come. When nothing arrived, I opened a dispute. Initially, things looked good, but suddenly it was closed, and I want to know why I haven't been refunded. I was asked to go through a huge effort to get some documents as proof. I am sadly dealing with severe mental illness and cannot leave my home due to fear. I accidentally cancelled order #[redacted][redacted] shortly after placing it, but the supplier shipped it anyway despite me informing them twice of the cancellation. I opened a dispute case, but have not received any response. I requested the supplier's store address, but they have not replied. I am disappointed and unsure about the buyer protection plan. It's frustrating. I previously called to change my email address, but it hasn't been done as promised within 24 hours. My trust in this service has been shaken, and once my pending orders are received, I will be cancelling my subscription.

Hello, I need to return three men's shirts that are too tight. I received them on 27/10 and initiated a dispute on 29/10 because the seller refuses to provide a free return label. Before proceeding with legal action, I would like to outline what happened. I purchased an item on 22/08, and to date, it has not arrived. Despite my multiple refund requests to AliExpress, they asked me to wait another 10 days. Recently, they claimed the package was delivered, while I have evidence from the seller that it is still in transit. AliExpress also shows it is still in transit. Their response reads: "We apologize for the situation and understand your frustration. Since the shipping information states the package was delivered, and you haven't provided valid evidence of non-receipt within the specified timeframe, we assume you received it and will release full payment to the seller per our policy." Hello, I placed multiple orders in a single day for a wig, three sets of makeup brushes, two pairs of lashes, a Queen badge, and a ring. My address is 11 Skaithmuir Road. Unfortunately, the parcel was sent without the house number. Fortunately, a kind person found the parcel through social media and managed to deliver it to me. I am thankful for their help, but this error could have caused me not to receive my daughter's Christmas presents. I would like to file a complaint against the seller for this mistake.
