I reside at 36 Brookdale Ave and my name is Bonnie J. I made purchases on your online store using my PayPal account on my cellphone for Christmas items. Unfortunately, I have not received any of the items yet. I kindly request a tracer on all packages sent to my address from Ali Express. I purchased items from the "DressFashionFactory Store" on AliExpress and encountered issues with my order. I only received 2 out of the 3 items I purchased, and the quality of the received items was extremely poor. I initiated a dispute with the seller to request a full refund. Despite returning the order via Thailand Post at a cost of [redacted] baht, the seller has refused to reimburse the shipping fee, citing the low quality of the goods. I am seeking assistance from AliExpress as I believe I have been unfairly treated. How can I recover the shipping fee for the return due to the low quality of the items?

I placed an order from the seller "DressFashionFactory Store" on AliExpress, and my Order ID is [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, I received an incorrect quantity of items in my order. I have a query regarding my Alipay payment on Aliexpress. I am unable to proceed with my payment as Aliexpress sends verification messages to my old phone number, which I no longer use. I've tried changing the number on my account, but the verification messages still go to the old number. I need to update my phone number to my current one to make a payment with Alipay. Hello, I have been having a lot of issues with my order. I want a refund because my order has not arrived, and AliExpress sent me a $1 coupon. For my second order, I paid 31 euros, and it still hasn't arrived. The post office returned it to the sender. Please assist me as I am unsure what to do. I purchased an Apple Watch SE 40mm screen protector and received one that is too large. The seller refuses to acknowledge the issue or provide a refund. Hello, I have been attempting to get in touch with Aliexpress for the past 20 days, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. I am encountering an issue with a recent refund from a seller. The seller only refunded me the amount of the item, omitting the shipping costs. I have provided the seller with the scan of the shipping expenses, which total 7.37 €. Hello, I received a notification on the AliExpress app that my order has been shipped. Unfortunately, I mistakenly clicked on the confirm receipt button thinking it was just to confirm the order details, not the actual delivery. Now tracking the order is a bit challenging, and I am concerned about its delivery status. Will the order still arrive? Is there any way to revert the confirmed receipt status back to normal? I wanted to share my recent delivery experience. Unfortunately, when I received the parcel, the goods were damaged. I promptly applied for a refund, and the seller accepted my request. However, I am facing challenges returning the parcel to China because UPS and DHL are not currently delivering orders from private households due to COVID-19 restrictions. Additionally, goods are being blocked in the harbor in China. Despite my efforts, the seller is unable to provide a European address for the return. I feel it is unfair that I am unable to send back the damaged goods through no fault of my own. I am hopeful for assistance in getting my money back under these circumstances. I am writing to report an issue that I am facing. I am unable to open a new dispute against a dishonest seller because I was informed that the protection period has ended. I requested a return from the seller as per their instructions to cancel the dispute, and they promised to provide a return label. It has been 3 months since then, and I have not received anything yet. I am unsure if I will have to cover the return shipping costs or if the seller will reimburse me. I am hoping for a resolution to compensate me for the time lost. I have attached the relevant messages to this email. Looking forward to a positive resolution.

About 2-3 months ago, I purchased items from Aliexpress, but unfortunately, none of them have arrived. I opened a dispute, but it was denied due to lack of "proof." I am unsure how to provide evidence that the orders were not delivered when the tracking information shows they were delivered to a warehouse instead of my address.

I am experiencing issues with my account and would like to cancel any previous accounts associated with the usernames sok, imasok, imasok1, imasok2, JB, and JB Brown, as well as email addresses ending in @gmail.com and @verizon.net. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I need to start fresh with a new account to be able to place orders on Aliexpress. Currently, placing an order is not possible for me. I purchased an LCD replacement with a frame for a Huawei P30 using PayPal for installment payments. My first payment has been deducted from my PayPal account, but two more payments are pending. I have not received the order, and I have not received any email confirmation for it. My name is Mr. C. I bought an item from MpsCable store and requested a return within 15 days, which they agreed to. However, they are refusing to provide a return label. After back and forth, they claim it's not within their capabilities and suggested reaching out here. I checked with FedEx, and the postage would be nearly the same ($98 for tracking) as the item's cost. I shouldn't be burdened with this cost because of the store's policy. Their customer service has been rude.
