Like GrubHub, you can order food on Postmates using the app, pay the food plus delivery fee and then have the food delivered to your address. You can cancel an order and get refunded but it may not be the full amount. It depends on whether or not the restaurant has already prepared the order. Read this guide if you want a refund from Postmates. We'll teach you how to start the refund process using your mobile phone and computer.

Open the App and Tap Help

Do this step if you're canceling an order using your mobile phone. If you change your mind about the food you ordered, it's advised that you cancel the order right away to get a full refund. Otherwise, you may only get a partial refund.

Tap Cancel Order

A menu will pop up. Select Cancel Order.

Choose a Reason for Canceling the Order

Tap Continue

Confirm the Cancellation by Tapping Cancel Delivery

Note that there may be a charge if the restaurant has already prepared the order. If you're certain you still want to cancel, tap Cancel Delivery.
