“hire people that speak english. you cannot understand these people from india and new jersey. it takes twice as long to get your message across and they ask you the same questions over and over and then they repeat it over and over. customer service sucks and with all the money TW is pulling in they should be able to pay people in contact centers more and hire american people.”
