To remove your Netflix profile, log into your account on the Netflix app or website. Go to "Manage Profiles," select the profile you want to delete, and then choose the option to delete it. Confirm the deletion, and the profile will be removed from your account. If you are concerned about signing out from the hotel’s device, you can also sign out of all devices from your account settings.

To cancel your Netflix account, sign in to your account on the Netflix website. Navigate to the "Account" section, and under "Membership & Billing," select “Cancel Membership.” Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, and you can still watch until then.

If Netflix is still charging you after cancellation, it may be due to a billing cycle that overlaps with your cancellation date. Charges can appear if the billing period hasn't ended yet. Ensure that your account status reflects that it's canceled. You can also check for any outstanding charges or subscriptions.
