Buyers can use Netflix gift cards to watch movies on Netflix or give the card as a gift. The gift cards will need to be redeemed and applied to a Netflix account. You can start watching Netflix until your balance runs out and you can either purchase another gift card or sign up for the platform's monthly packages to continue watching films on Netflix.
You'll need the code to be able to redeem your Netflix gift card. To get the code, scratch off the foil on the back of the card. If you got the gift card by email, find the code in the email or on the receipt if you purchased the card in-store. Follow the steps to redeem your Netflix gift card.
1. Go to the gift cards page on Netflix.
2. Navigate to Redeem Your Gift Card.
3. Click I'm Ready.
4. Enter the gift card code or pin and click Redeem.
5. Log in to your account or create a new account by typing in your email address.
6. Wait for the confirmation screen and click Start Membership or Start Watching.
The balance on the gift card will be added to your account. Netflix will send a reminder a week before your gift card balance runs out. If you have questions about using your Netflix gift card, please contact Customer Support.

Gift cards bought from outside the US can also be redeemed as long as it's purchased in the same currency as your bill. If you already have a monthly package with Netflix, you can use the card when your account is no longer linked to a Netflix monthly package. You can also create another account.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers.
