iBotta doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-ml_fulle will need to dig through the advice provided by iBotta, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Not getting credit for a purchase. The rebate required purchasing both Heinz mayo and ketchup. Which I did right size and type. I double checked. It’s not being recognized from the receipt when I try to add it only allows me scan one barcode when the rebate is too items. The rebate was $*.**. I would not have purchased this brand if it weren’t for the rebate. This is not the first time this has happened to me.
GetHuman-ml_fulle did not yet indicate what iBotta should do to make this right.
