Hello!**I have a problem!**I made an order some time ago, where I bought a pair of shoes. **Before paying for them via paypal, i wanted to make sure that they will actually fit me, since the sizing is different in defferent countries.**So we had a chat with the seller before purchasing the shoes, about the sizes. **Now the size options were *, *.*, and **.**I didn't know, how big those really are ment to be in cm. So i asked for a suggestions, what size i should order, in order for me to fit them for a foot lenght of ** cm. the seller at the very end said that size * should be just fine, meaning that size * is equal to ** cm of lenght.**I on the other hand still wanted to make sure they actually will fit me, and since i really wanted the shoes, i ordered size **. I thought to myself, well if they will be a bit too loose for me, that will be still ok, right? at least they will fit, so since it is a closed style shoe, i could somehow fill it in the thoe area to make them fit, in case they would be too loose. **So, like i said i ordered size **.**Now the shoes have finnaly arrived. I'm so happy, I ran home to try them on, since I will be a guest at a wedding and white shoes are required I really needed them to fit. But guess what???? I mean this is an outrage, the shoes are **,* cm long, THEY DO NOT FIT!!!! **Do you even understand my anger?? I mean, what if i would have ordered size *, like the seller suggested a month ago, before i made the purchase??? I mean is it so hard to measure your item and give the proper description of it. This is unfair. Ok! Let me tell you more.... so i realized the shoes are useless for me, i wanted to return them for a refund. now i contact the seller, and start a case and picked a reason for it that it does not mach the description, witch is true, a size ** does not equal ** cm. It just does not. The seller does not know the item they're selling. So I start the case, and they refuse to admit this to be true, they are saying that they have not made a mistake anywhere and been true the entire time. They agree to refund me once the shoes will be back to them. So i think, ok, i can do that, so now i wait for my paid shipping label, witch i NEVER receive! Now that i conntact the seller again, asking where is my shipping label, they say that they will not cover the shipping costs because the reason for a return in incorrect, but that is not true. I did ask about what does their size * to ** mean in cm. I did ask! I DID ASK! And they explained that size * would be juuuuust fine for a ** cm foot. I mean how can they not see their mistake. I would understand if i would have never asked anything and would just made a purchase without ever asking them to clear the information AND THEN feel upset that the shoes don't fit But I DID ASK, I DID, I DID! I think that my case initiation reason for a mistaken description is right. And i deserve a refund and a paid shipping label. But they do not want to pay for it, because they say that the reason for choosing a return case is wrong, however I think that it is right because they lied to me about how size * or ** translates into cm system. And now since the return is already started, i do not even have a chance to ask ebay to step in. Even tho I really need their help, because the seller ignores me. Then later they offered another way how to reason with them, they offered to send me a bigger pair of shoes that would fit, let me keep the pair that is already here with me, but i still have to cover the shipping costs, so they could send me the new pair. But i refuse, because i think , why should i pair more money for a mistake they made, i mean they lied to me, why do i have to pay ** $ more, so they coud finnaly send me the right fitting pair, when they should have done it the first time. But then to this argument they answer, that i can keep then the first pair, thinking that it is a some sort of gain for me, Really? What am i going to do with it, i cannot use it for anything, this was just a waste of money and bad experience. So we end up having a passive agressive fight. I kept telling them how they lied to me, and they keep telling that they did not, when really i know they did. So it all end that, they say that they have been patient enough with me, and they end the conversation by saying that i have * choices, I either return the shoes, pay for shipping, once they get them, they refund me, or, i agree to get another pair, cover the shipping costs for that and end up with two pairs of shoes, from witch one of them is useless and the real one costs me more money then i initially wanted for them to cost, or, do whatever....... really.... do what you wish.... they said, so now they say.... this is my last letter.... and it really was. I wrote something after that and never got an answer. So now, since i wasn't willing to agree with the seller, i looked for help... and i was trapped, I did not know where to turn to. And i waited a long time. Then I noticed that the case is soon to run out of time, so i panicked. And thought to myself, whatever I'll just pay the extra money and get my pair, since i need to wear them for my upcoming wedding. An so i write them, like a day or two before the case ends. I tell them alright, i'll agree. And before i do that, stupid from me was, that i ended the return case, saying that i do not wish to return it anymore and want a replacement instead. And guess what? they never respond to those as well.... and i got the message, they just wanted tho wait until the case ends, and just leave me with nothing. And i was so shocked, i looked for help, i found that there was this chance to talk to ebay customer service via online chat. And i did. They said that they will forward my problem to someone for an investigation, and it will take up to ** hours, and i should not worry that the case by that time will be already ended. So i got my little peace of mind for awhile. But now the time is way past that and nobody has contacted me since the chat happened, unlike i was told i would be. And i am worried that this is just going to remain like this. But i need this to solved. I have all the messages we sent one another with the seller, I also have all the chat with ebay customer service documented. I really want to find who is right, i think i am, and i dealt with a dishonest seller, who after confronted would not fully admit to the mistake they have made, and would only hardly agree to resolve the situation only for me to pay even more. *And at the very end just ditch me with my problems. Highly disrespectful. My ideal outcome would be a bigger pair of shoes for free, with free shipping or if that cannot be done, a full refund.
