My colleague is in Australia and forgot that his phone was in his pocket and has lost his phone in the sea. He is tryi*ng to login on a new device and it will not let him access his mail without the secure code. He has no other methods of authentication set up but he does know his password. Is there any other way that he can access his email? Is there a way for you to switch off the code authentication to allow him to login with his password? He needs urgent access to his email. Please can someone help.
