My wife is having having trouble with her yahoo email. Her address is *****@***.com The Yahoo website says the address isn’t vailid, yet we failed in trying to create the email address as the website says the address already exists. When I tried to send my wife a test email to the address, an delivery fail message was received saying the user didn’t have a Yahoo account. We need to resolve this matter urgently as this address is my wife’s Apple ID and we need to reset the password for this. We can’t do so until the email address is functioning properly. I have provided my yahoo address below to contact me. The mailbox is fully functional, but the field is showing my email address isn’t valid
