It’s been several months since I’ve been able to log in to my account. I’ve let it slide bc I have two accounts. However, there are emails and saves documents that I need to recover from my old account. The problem is that when I go to change my password, bc I thought I might have forgotten it, I no longer have my old cell phones. The number I have now is associated with my new account. I’n other words the security measure appear to have me locked out permanently. Is there anything I can do? Thanks! **Below: not sure which email I should put but I’ll go with the one in question although I won’t be able to check it
