If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I received an e-mail saying I need to read updated terms of service and agree. I did and it wanted me to sign in to yahoo. I tried with my e-mail and the password did not match your records. It wanted to send my a key to an out of date phone * I clicked to get a diff page and * and it would not do either. I am still signed in and am afraid to sign out Help
