I have had an email account since **** *****@***.com - I haven’t been able to access it for months ( at first I couldn’t access on my PC but was still able to on my cell - now I cannot access from either) as it said my password was incorrect. When I tried to change the pswd- it prompted me to enter the phone number connected with this account and after entering my number, it stated this number was not associated with this account. I had this same number since **** as well. I have personal documents in my email and need to access this account.*I created a new address to use while getting this resolved. It is S*****@***.com.********-****
GetHuman1021629 did not yet indicate what Yahoo should do to make this right.
