Log in to Yahoo, and in the upper right corner select your name/ID. Choose the option for Account Info, then select either Personal Info or Preferences, depending on the info you wish to update.

I cannot access my e-mail account. I have had the same account for ** years or longer (*****@***.com). My phone dies and I have to reload. The system keeps trying to send me an account key to an even older email address. I don't have that account any longer. All I want to do is reconnect to my mailbox. how do I accomplish this when I cannot connect to customer service to solve the problem? If anything, I need to just update my recovery email address to a more recent address and keep going.
