you have initiated a new login system. you refused to accept my password and practically forced me to accept this. And it does not work. You have frozen me out of my account on an evening when access was critical, essentially making my life much more difficult. I am open to any corrective efforts you have, but at the moment, you have lost a ** year subscriber, because you initiated this with NO SUPPORT AT ALL and it is a complete failure. Let me know what you intend to do to win back my trust - or else I will find another service.
