On or about June **st, (last day my email was synced) the password for my email account (*****@***.com) was changed and not by me. My password (wer**rew) has been the same for quite some time and before that I believe it was probably jls***. I have gone through the process to reset my password but the new one gets sent to this same email address that I cannot access. Is there another method I can use? Phone number doesn't work either because it doesn't recognize my cell or home number so evidently I neglected to set up recovery email*phone * for my account. Can customer service please assist? An alternate email that also belongs to me is *****@***.com.
