If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I am trying to make my husband a business email. We successfully did that, but after we logged in for the first time it told us to pick a provider and the options are google, outlook, or AOL. I am not sure why it is doing this, but I could not get around it so I tried to pick google. It then proceeded to tell me that I had the wrong password and it was telling me the phone number I had on file was wrong and it tried to change the email address from "@yahoo.com" to "@gmail.com" How do I get access to this new email's inbox?
