If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

Access my account ... I have lost both the accounts passwords for my emails. Which are *****@***.com and *****@***.com. those two discovery email for each other and I no longer have access to those passwords for the mobile phone numbers that are associated with them? What do I do?
I can't remember the passwords to you either the account or its recovery account. Further, I no longer have the phone that was used for the year recovery phone number.
I just want to answer some security questions or something else in order to get into my account and change the password
I would not necessarily describe myself as a good customer. But I have been in customer service for over ** years.
