If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.
The issue in GetHuman-alanabba's own words
My computer was stolen and it had all my passwords and information on it. My gmail keeps sending confirmations to Yahoo and my Yahoo keeps sending confirmations to gmail and both send messages to my old phone ********** which is also gone. **I can't get into either and I had to get a new phone as well. I had hundreds of passwords to things nobody could remember them all, so how do I get either of these accounts back? I have my ID and everything that could possibly identify me as me. So this shouldn't be that hard to do yet it's getting frustrating since I can't even pay some bills without that info.
