It has been a week that I cannot access my email account. Whenever I enter my email id i get the message that “we cannot recognise this email adress” and if I try to enter the security email adress or the phone number I had entered when making my account, the same message appears: none of them is recognised. My email adress was not inactive, I had sent many emails during the last month. In addition, when I try to use my alternative email account and send a mail to my main one, I get the notice that it does not exist. I would like to gain access to my account again.
I trust that Yahoo will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
