Help with my Yahoo issue

I added and account to my yahoo mail. The key disapears from the added email. In settings under manage accounts there is only one account the original account. The added account is not there so it cannot be separated from my account now. Can't set up filters for the added account because again it doesn't appear to select. It is as though the added account is partially uninstalled. I can't fix this. ATT can't fix this. Only Yahoo can fix this.*Please please fix this.
GetHuman-allanbus did not yet indicate what Yahoo should do to make this right.
