HEllo, my name is Jose Manuel Baptista, I just bought a ticket from Barcelona to Katowice, leaving on wednesday ** may and returning monday ** may. I had some sort of problem paying with the card and I am not sure if I finally got the ticket. I called my bank and they said that they hadn't a confirmation but that apparently I had payed for it. I wish I could explain it better but the help from the bank Sabadell wasn't much clearer... Could You confirm if I got the ticket please? Thank you very much!
