Hello, My name is Andrew. I lost access to all my chat history on WhatsApp after my number was deactivated due to not adding credit to the Sim card. I changed my number and realized I couldn't retrieve important conversations, including those with my late mother. WhatsApp requires an activation code for verification, but I can't receive it as the old number is no longer in service. The data is backed up on Google Drive, but I can't access it without the code. I'm hoping for a solution to re-sync my account and restore my lost chats. Thank you, Andrew

My WhatsApp number, [redacted], got banned due to an accidental click on the REPORT BUTTON when leaving a group. Since then, many of my contacts have tried to reach me on WhatsApp without success. I have sent emails to inquire about the issue and requested for my number to be reactivated, but it remains inactive. I kindly request the assistance in connecting my WhatsApp Messenger number. I have been experiencing a problem with the Whatsapp app on my phone. Despite trying different Wi-Fi and mobile data networks, the app fails to connect to the internet. Upon restarting my phone, it briefly connects, allowing me to receive a few messages, but after that, I lose connection again. I can only receive messages when I restart my phone, and other features that require internet access do not work. Even unsent messages are only delivered upon restarting my device. Despite deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times, resulting in the loss of my chats, the issue persists. This has been going on for nearly a month now, causing significant inconvenience.

WhatsApp's current system seems illogical, and after complaining to them without a proper response, I'm frustrated. I believe the control should rest with the users, and I find it unfair that my number, [redacted], has been banned without a clear explanation. Despite using this number since WhatsApp's inception and for work purposes, I've been restricted due to unspecified group chat issues. Hello, I received a notification on Tuesday, September 24th, [redacted] around 9 a.m. informing me that my WhatsApp number was banned. I reached out to support immediately, and they mentioned it was due to a suspected breach of their terms of service. I am unsure what may have led to this. The last message I sent was on Monday, September 23rd, [redacted] at 13:08 to one person without any unusual content, links, or photos. Despite multiple emails to support, I have not received a response. Although my account is active as contacts can still view my profile and contact me, I am seeking assistance in having the ban lifted. I have noticed that others have faced similar issues around the same time without cause, making me believe that my ban may be a mistake. Thank you, Steve.

Good day, Since the update to iOS 13.0, WhatsApp has not been opening. After removing the contact button feature, the app would start, showing only the groups, with all other contacts showing only the number as contacts were not added. A colleague from Apple suggested that with 13.1 the issue might be fixed, but unfortunately, it did not work. We then reset the iPhone 7 Plus to factory settings, signed in with just the Apple ID, and installed WhatsApp. During setup, the app stops working once you get to the question of adding contacts, and only starts again when contacts are disabled in the settings. Hello, I want to address an issue where some individuals are creating WhatsApp group chats, changing the group name to inappropriate content violating WhatsApp's terms, and then reporting it, resulting in members getting permanently banned. Unfortunately, I fell victim to this "prank", leading to my permanent ban from WhatsApp. I believe it's essential to bring awareness to this problem and address the unjust bans. I have already reached out to WhatsApp but received no help, even though I can provide evidence and witnesses to prove my innocence. Although I had my data transferred from my old iPhone, I am encountering issues with using WhatsApp on the new device. I use WhatsApp for my business. I created four groups on WhatsApp, but my account got banned, and the message said my number registration was canceled. This has happened four times now. Initially, I used the business WhatsApp, and the issue persisted. I then switched to WhatsApp Messenger, but the problem remains. I'm confused about why this keeps happening.

A classmate added me to a WhatsApp group for his birthday, but shortly after, my account was banned. I reached out to WhatsApp support via email, but didn't receive assistance. Recently, I found out that all my classmates who joined the birthday group were banned simultaneously. It turns out the group was renamed to something inappropriate by one of the birthday boy's friends. This situation is affecting our work as some of us use our numbers professionally. Please unban my phone number, +[redacted][redacted]. I have used it legitimately for the past 7 years. I started using it for WhatsApp Business just last year. Before being banned, I received a message alleging that I had used my number on another phone, which I did not do. During the verification process, I was banned. My husband, Chris, has passed away. Recently, my phone was stolen, and I've started using his phone with a new SIM card, but his original number. I've discovered that I have access to his WhatsApp account with our last conversations. On my own account, I have numerous contacts and a group dedicated to Chris with very sentimental messages. I would like to know if it's possible to have both his account archived on the phone so I can access it if needed, while also having my own account with all the original groups and chats restored. I attempted to install WhatsApp on his phone but it keeps showing up as his account even after reinstallation. How can I recover WhatsApp chats from my iPhone 4 after switching to iPhone 6 without backing up the chats on the iPhone 4? I keep receiving the message: “Can't register with this phone number. You can only register with the phone number that was last used with WhatsApp on this phone.” I inserted the new SIM card into the iPhone 4 and can receive calls, but WhatsApp will not accept it. Could this be because I registered on WhatsApp with the iPhone 6? I urgently need to recover the chat from my old iPhone 4. Any help would be appreciated.

I've been a loyal WhatsApp user since its inception. As a business development manager in the insurance field, WhatsApp is essential for my daily work communications and even for staying in touch with my family, especially for my kids' learning. However, I've encountered an issue where the app is storing numerous local and international numbers under one contact named "SPAM" in my iPhone phonebook, leading me to mistakenly block it and inadvertently block all those numbers on WhatsApp. This has caused significant disruption to my personal and professional life with only automated responses from WhatsApp support. I believe this may be due to changes in my work environment or other factors. I urgently need assistance to resolve this matter and have my number unbanned.
