An incapacitated friend contacted you about mistaken delivery to her home & she was Authorized to donate as she saw fit, but contacted ME after realizing that most locations have suspended pickups indefinitely due to covid restrictions**She seems UNABLE to confirm the Specific Product that was shipped to her, other than to say a 'gray chaise lounge'. I'm only able to help her if I know EXACTLY which Wayfair Item she received.**Please call me asap or Live Chat is fine, but would rather not WAIT for an email. (She isn't exactly a patient person...*and I need to resolve this for her sooner rather than Later.
