I take responsibility for the mistake I made first of all and I made that point clearly in an email to the third party seller through the Walmart website. I mistakenly ordered "toy soap" aka "dollhouse soap" from "Superior Dollhouse Miniatures" due to poor eyesight, I made that point to them in my email. I was attempting to buy actual "Octogon Soap" not some toys...but anyways after I got the notification on my phone from my bank that the money for the purpose had been taken out of my account I just had the nagging thought to look at my order and thats when I realized the mistake. So I promptly emailed them. This order was made on approximately ********. Here's a copy of my response from Wal-Mart...*Hi Che' Swindle, **We've contacted Superior Dollhouse Miniatures LLC on your behalf. Someone from their team will contact you with in * business day.**Sales Order ID: **************Item ID: **********Item: Dollhouse Octagon Soap*Message:**I made this order by mistake, due to poor eyesight I didn't realize that this is a toy bar of soap. I thought this was actually real Octogon Soap to bath with. Please help me. Sincerely Che's Swindle*Thank you, *Walmart Customer Service Team.*After a couple of weeks I tried contacting the company again and I emailed their company email and made the point that I mistakenly made a purchase from them and I repeated my plea for help or assistance yet I've still had no reply from anyone. I think it's a minor issue that could have been resolved a long time ago which does not reflect well on them or Wal-Mart. I've made plenty of online orders from Wal-Mart and multiple other online stores and I've never had anyone flat out ignore me. Any help would be appreciated I have the unopened package as it was when the post office delivered it. It's still untouched. I have no problem paying return shipping in order to get a refund. If there's any more information I can provide that I may have overlooked please feel free to ask me. Thank you in advance. Sincerely Che' Swindle.
