My name is Katrina Guerra I am a walmart money card holder.On **-**-**** I reported an unknown charge on my account.I spoke to a customer service associate and was told that my account was going to be pending a review. I was sent a new money card and was told that I needed to upload a picture ID of myself..Now I do not understand how I am supposed when your website is NOT allowing me to upload anything.I also tried to activate my new walmart money and your system us not letting me do that as well...I have called your support line many times and I have been unsuccessful in reaching a customer service associate do to your automated phone system.. The money that is my account is my property and I would like for this to rectified immediately.. Thank you sincerely Katrina Guerra
