i sent for a replacement sim card on the ********** and i have still not received it.*i have sent emails and been on the phone for up to fourty minutes at a time i have rung several different nos and still no satisfaction all i want is a replacement sim card which they said they would send through the post over * weeks ago. i am ** years old in september and i depend on my phone i have a lot of health problems and the drs and hospital send me text messages about my appointments. my mobile no is ***********
