I switched to another provider in February and my virgin account was cancelled (not without a lot of aggravation and time wasting which resulted in my having to change my landline number as virgin refused to pass it on). No means of returning the TiVo box etc. was forthcoming either despite your emails to the contrary. * Why are you sending me bills? What am I meant to be paying for? I was told the virgin media email address was valid for three months.
