Basically just before contacting you on this subject I had been contacted by on of your lady salespersons who had contacted me about an update to my current package. This update would confer certain improvments inclding features such as availability of Box sets, improvement in my Land line and mobile systems to name a few.I considrd the matter and decided to go with the package. Two days later,after forther consideration I decided that I did not want the package and wanted to cabcel.I tried to contact Virgin Media by phne but to no avail.Every attempt ended with me being asked for a password which I had not got. Nowpasswords, like many things in life , passwords get lost iand forgotten if not used regularly ine certainly did !!! at this point I was looking for the usual "have you forgotten your password? but again to no avail. SohereI am tryin to cancel a contract I did not want - surely there is a cooling off period that applies to such matters Yours Sincerly Ron Haynes Account number *********.
