The issue in GetHuman-laragrah's own words
* issues:**) have been asisgned March * for a swapping out of old set boxes for two new set boxes (* wireless and * not). Need MUCH sooner date.***) Due to * separate service calls and multiple painful phone calls, I am to have my $*** upgrade fee REMOVED from my bill as documented in Chat ID *********** on January * at **:** pm. **These service calls (now *) have gone on for over a month, and I would like to SEE this removed on my bill and verification that I will not be billed for any !** fee, as I just KNOW between the ** people I have spoken to on Chat and on Service Calls, that I will be billed for somthing I initially called for CANCEL.
