So I ran into problem with one of your stores here in Salt Lake City Utah I went to downsize my bill because I told him I it was too expensive. At the time I specifically asked the clerk that was helping me what would happen once they reach my * GB of Wi-Fi I was told you to slow down. Stated that did not want to deal with no overages well my first month with my new bill was *** then this month my bill was $*** which was outrageous I was upset. I contacted your representatives online and they were patient professional courteous and they help me they gave me a credit of $*** and told me to go in and talk to the manager at the store that I went to. I did go and as what I thought was going to happen all he did was look stupid tell me that their clerk that helped me was no longer working there and took my money for the bill ain't no sorry not know nothing from that guy I think I was lied to I think I was ambushed and end up paying $*** ** dollars for Bill that should have been at the most *** I like Verizon service but if I this bill stands as it is right now and I end up having it eat this bill as soon as I pay off my phone I will be going back to T-Mobile. And I also rode review in Google about this particular store and the manager there
