To recover your account, use your email address to reset your password but be sure you have the spelling correct. The best thing you can do is try to reset the password by clicking "Forgot Password" under the login then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

Had a venmo acct a couple years ago.Used it once then deleted app.My friend Kristen was trying to send me $** .I tryed opening new acct from husbands phone to down load app.Had to get a new pass word and all.Being it's the same bank info it's not transferring.
