Help with my Ubisoft issue

Ok so I have a Nintendo switch and we’ll I bought just dance Unlimited the month witch was *.** and it’s not working like it says to subscribe and it takes me to a site where I need to log in to Ubisoft but I need to sign up so I sign up and it doesn’t work it says connection wrong and I have WiFi so it’s not that and I complete all the information so I’m wondering if you could tell me how to get?

GetHuman-diarodso did not yet indicate what Ubisoft should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-diarodso fixed the problem
What I did was I checked my email and they sent something on that email saying how to do an account and I did what they said so don’t do it on Nintendo just do it once and most likely the email and everything that you put will be sent to you after doing create a account than just login and that’s how I got my just dance Unlimited and it was worth waiting and trying and trying again trust me
