Missing items happen all the time. If you are looking to recover one you will need to report it immediately. If you deleted the item you most likely cannot get it back.

i was playing division * with a friend and we killed a hunter and he dropped a mask and an ivory key that we were not able to get because it dropped in an area that was inaccessible to us, we played the instance again with another friend and i was able to get the mask but no key and my other wasn't able to get either, i've already sent a screen shot via twitter to the support team and this was on Tuesday
GetHuman2618226 did not yet indicate what Ubisoft should do to make this right.
